Clean and bright rooms, lots of space to hang out together, and the primary suite is beyond compare. The view from the roof is awesome!

We loved the house and everything was very accommodating. It fit our family perfectly and was very comfortable. My only wishes are screens on the windows, larger pots and pans, window coverings in the owners suite bathroom and a broom, dust pan and vacuum to keep up the floors for the week. Other than that we loved it and would most defitely stay again and recommend. Thank you!

This property made our plan to relax and enjoy the beach culture so enjoyable. Great house for hosting friends while players by in the sand and playing board games. The host has set up the home with the right amenities. Look forward to coming back in the near future.

When our 6-year old granddaughter first explored the house, she announced "this is the most beautiful house I've ever seen". I would not go that far, but I will say the house has an excellent traffic pattern and is very comfortable. And the location, a two minute walk to the beach and a five minute walk to restaurants was ideal for our family.

Reviewer Comments: House is large and nice.Condition is good, not great - some mold in the showers, etc. The linens and towels are Macy's quality.The dishwasher "works" in that it puts soap and water on the items in it, but doesn't "work" in that those items are not cleaned. This is increasingly annoying when the check out instructions threaten fees if the dishes are not washed and put away and the beds are not stripped, towels started in the washing machine, etc. This is a $1500+/night house. I don't want or expect to be my own cleaning service. Especially when I'm also charged a cleaning fee as a part of the booking.

It was a lovely property and very spacious. Kitchen was pretty well stocked but could use some additional serving dishes/trays and cook wear. Lots of everyday dishes was appreciated and the refrigerator in the garage was a real bonus, especially with the BBQ there. Dryer was not working properly but an appliance repair man was coming to fix the day we left. Sure hope that happened before the new guests arrival. Sink in ensuite downstairs did not drain, needs attention. Loved the big windows and had great air circulation so no a/c was not an issue. That said, should have screens for safety reasons, with children occupying the home. Some soft seating on rooftop deck and maybe an umbrella would be nice up there too. No dish cloths in the kitchen. Lots of towels were available, including beach towels, much appreciated! Beach toys, bikes, ping pong table, Boogie boards, etc again, much appreciated! We left a number of things to help out the next guests, paper plates, solo cups, briquets, matches. Might want to mention there is a pack n play in closet downstairs... Helpful for future guests with small children/infants. Our family had a wonderful time and it was a very memorable week in this beautiful home. Thank you!

Both fireplaces not working. Unable to ignite. Ants!!! in kitchen, bathrooms and down stairs bedroom. Ants got on bananas on counter and packages placed in cupboards. They were in my bed on bottom back bedroom. I couldn’t sleep. There was NO food there!?! 😝 HAC/ thermostat not working. Overall cleanliness poor.

Very nice house across the street from the beach. Two minute walk to the sand. Easily accessible parking. Kitchen could use more cooking utensils. And more staple items in the pantry. Overall the house is great, and would definitely rent again.

The house was just beautiful. Our only criticism was that we were told there would be 4 adult bikes which we expected to be in working order. Only one of the bikes was usable. Otherwise, a lovely home, great location, beautifully furnished and perfect for my family of 9.
