A great place to stay. Spacious, clean and tasteful

We truly enjoyed our vacation home. It truly met all our needs from its location to the space and comfort provided for relaxation after a long day out. We book again 💯 and promise to share with our friends.

The property was easily accessible, and the location was a great balance between being close to outdoor activities, and close to groceries and other amenities. The house itself was spread out enough for everyone in the group to have their own space, but had nice areas like the firepit and deck to gather together.

It was perfect! Just what we wanted for our family. Lots of cooking. We had everything we needed in the kitchen. All the extra labels and directions made it easy to find our way around. It was Better than the photos. We will definitely use Red Sands again and we appreciate all the communication via email and text. Thanks so much again. The Wilsons

We came to the area to do some hiking at the parks. The location was only about a half hour from Zion. The space was great. Loved the upper deck for chillin. We took advantage of the hot tub after the hikes. It was nice to dine outside on the patio. Well appointed and great location.

We loved this property! Exactly as pictured in the listing, plenty of room, lovely upper level outdoor area with fire pit. The pool area was perfect for our “rest day” and all communications were timely and helpful. I highly recommend!

Perfect place for our larger group of 11. Easy drive to Zion.

We had a great time. There were three families that fit comfortably. We really enjoyed the multiple spaces to gather. The front room, the upstairs deck with the fireplace and the upstairs living room. The kids loved the pool and games. The house provided. My 11 year old son requested that we visit every year.

Great place to stay and easy back n forth to Zion National Park

Perfect for our family. Kids and adults loved the pool, lazy river and hot tub. It was close to mountain biking and hiking. It had all we needed to cook a thanksgiving meal. We were able to return a Boise Brave bike helmet found on the trail unexpectedly to the people in the unit next to us.

This house was perfect for our stay. We went to visit a few national parks in the area and were very happy with the central location to the Grand Canyon, Zion National Park, and Bryce Canyon! The home itself is beautiful and the bedrooms were extremely comfortable and had everything that we needed to make our stay enjoyable. The upstairs patio was wonderful to have for meals and catching some sun in the morning!

We had a great time in this beautiful property for our Fall Break trip to Zion! This is our third trip to Zion and second time staying at this complex (first time we stayed in a different unit) and we just love everything about Zion Village Resort! We hope to get back there again soon!

Perfect home to accommodate the 7 of us, with beds to spare - so much space! Well-appointed with everything we needed to cook all meals. Very clean. Conveniently located to Zion NP, around 35 minutes drive. Comfortable beds. We loved the hot tub after hiking the Narrows. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to others as well!

Pictures and ambiance is what first draws me to a property and the upper deck photo is mainly what drew me to this property. I like lots of windows to let in the natural light and outdoor space to hang out. Sadly, most windows had to have the shades closed as the unit behind looked right into the one we rented. As I sat on the sofa, the neighbor stood at his window looking into the living room at me. Maybe in the future, some top down, bottom up shades would be great, allowing natural light in the upper part of the windows, while giving privacy from neighbors with the lower windows closed off. The hot tub is also right in the neighbors view. If one wanted privacy, there is none. If lack of privacy from peeping neighbors does not bother you, the place is great for a large family, several families or several couples. Three bedrooms have king beds, two with private baths. There is plenty to occupy the kids and the pool is very nice. The garage for parking is an added bonus . As I said, the upper deck in front drew me to choose this place. It was a great place to hang out, watch tv, enjoy the fire pit and the ambiance of the lights at night with a bit more privacy than the back.

The house was big enough for 7 people and very clean. A binder of some sort that has information about how to access the pool and other information about what needs to be done when leaving. Also some recommendations of nearby restaurants would be helpful. We tried to use the pool and had no idea how to get in, as no information was anywhere in the house.

My family loves this place. It's a great place to call home while we're going on adventures in Zion National Park!

House was perfect. Met all our family needs for space and accommodations. Very well stocked with anything we needed. Enjoyed the hot tub and putting green.

The home was clean, beautifully decorated, had labels in kitchen and on light switches. Instructions were simple, hot tub was a blast, we loved the community pool and the air hockey machine in the garage. We had an amazing time and were so comfortable in the home. Thank you!

Kitchen was fully stocked with pretty much everything we needed. Beds and sitting area were very comfortable. Everyone in my party was happy with these accommodations. My only suggestion would be to leave instructions for the televisions. Some we couldn’t get to work. The one on the upper porch we could not turn on. Also there weren’t as many glasses as what the stickers portrayed.

The home was convient to shopping and activities. Clubhouse was not crowded with space for all. Our home worked very well. With three gathering places it was perfect . There were ample supplies.
