Great property super clean and has everything you could need, Tony was really friendly on arrival and showed us up to the apartment, its really close to walk to the bay so perfect for our stay would definitely go again and highly recommend

Tony was really friendly and helpful. Flat was excellent. Very clean, warm, and quiet with everything provided. Perfect size for a family of three with a nice view to the river. The location was good with easy walking distance to main train station and the Bay.

The only thing I would like to mention is due the warm weather I would recommend investing in a fan during those warm days.

The host, Tony, was brilliant - so friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The check-in/check-out process was incredibly easy. The flat is in a lovely location with a wonderful river view. Private car parking is included. There were lovely touches in the flat - Tony provided milk, water, biscuits and sweets!

The location being near to The Principality Stadium was key for us, only being a mile or so away, was great, not having to sit in traffic or get Taxis in from outlying hotels helped a lot. Being an apartment and a very nice one, it had all the facility's we needed for our break.

The price was a bit more than I had hoped to spend but given the fact I didn't need taxis it was probably no dearer than using a hotel.

Modern city apartment, extremely clean and comfortable. Good views of the River Taff. Convenient location. Tony who met us at the property was extremely helpful and friendly, he gave us a brief overview of the City.

The surrounding area felt a little unsafe especially during evening, although the location itself was convenient with both the city centre and Cardiff Bay just a short walk away.

I don't have anything positive to say about this property.

Firstly, the address listed is incorrect. Hansen House does not exist, the apartment is in a housing block with a number of 'houses' called Nice, Marseille, etc. None are called Hansen. After a long search for a non-existant house, I called the host. He took 25 mins to arrive and meet me to hand over the keys. 25 mins in the torrential rain with my 5 month old daughter. He was incredibly rude on arrival and actually laughed at us about how wet we were. The apartment states that it can host up to 3 adults but there was only one key. This was a problem given that you need the key to enter the gated complex and the flat itself. Basically, unless you leave and return to the complex together you are stuffed as it's a good 10 min trip between the two to let people in. This meant I had to wait in for my partner to arrive and we could not go in and out independently. Oh and the parking situation is ridiculous and don't even think about arriving in more than one car...
