Dobre miejsce na krótki pobyt. Apartament wyposażony we wszystko, co potrzebne do przygotowania prostych posiłków. Zdecydowanym plusem jest dobra lokalizacja, blisko na Kazimierz, blisko na stare miasto, blisko do sklepu spożywczego, blisko do przystanków komunikacji miejskiej.

Materac był czymś zalany, brudny z jednej strony. Ręczniki z pewnością wyprane, ale z pewnością już nie białe. Bardzo słaby internet, obraz i dźwięk w telewizji były znacznie rozsunięte, a momentami pikseloza - akurat były mistrzostwa Europy w piłce nożnej. Brak klimatyzacji.

Location was great, the breakfast was very nice.

It was very warm when we stayed, but there were no fans available. There also wasn’t anyone at the office for our 11am check out despite being told we had to check out then, I had to call someone and we were left waiting 25 mins.

Huone oli epäsiisti yleisilmeeltään. Suihkun kaivo ei vetänyt kunnolla vettä ja suihkutila oli muutenkin epäsiistin oloinen. Kylpyhuoneessa haisi viemärit. Sängyssä oli siihen liian pienet lakanat ja niitä sai olla jatkuvasti asettelemassa ettei nukkuisi pelkällä nuhjuisella patjalla. Loppujen lopuksi kaiken ”kruunasi” se, että unohdin Oura sormukseni majapaikan pöydälle ja kun kyselin perään niin kukaan ei enää vastannut viesteihin. Sain ”ilokseni” sitten iltapäivällä huomata Oura sovelluksestani, että sormukseni kulki jonkun matkassa mukana keräämässä minulle treeniminuutteja. En palaa tähän paikkaan ikinä enkä suosittele sitä pelkän sijainnin takia kenellekään. Lähistöllä on lähes samalla hinnalla muitakin majoitusvaihtoehtoja.

Location is amazing, nice decor and comfortable room, amazing value for money.

Only one towel each in the whole room, loud traffic but can’t be helped, shower leaked slightly, weird smell from sink, up a lot of stairs.

The water pressure was good with a good amount of warm water

There was no air conditioning. No smoke alarms (the mount for one was there but the alarm itself was not there). The walls around the bed (which was just a mattress on the floor) were stained with what I could only imagine being bodily fluids. The entirety of the room seemed dirty, we walked around in the room for five minutes after showering and our feet were dirty enough to the point it looked like we had walked outside. We only got two towels, which is not enough as my girlfriend uses two, one for body one for hair, I use one, one for the bathroom floor after showering and we need one for drying our hands after using the toilet, we did get two additional towels but that was the day after we asked for it in addition to a fan I had asked for. However, when I asked for the fan, they gave a passive aggressive message that we have a balcony, as if opening the window to a balcony, letting in bugs and exhaust fumes would be comparable to a fan or air conditioning. This message was also concerning as they were giving me information about someone else and their room, which could be an issue for someone's safety if they give information to the wrong person. The shower leaked water all over the bathroom floor because the doors are not touching the bottom of the shower. There seemed to be mold all over the floor around the shower and toilet, most likely because of the shower leaking. There was a fan in the bathroom that looked like it was supposed to ventilate, but it was not functional and probably another cause of the mold. There were only two rolls of single ply toilet paper, likely the cheapest they could get. There was a stovetop in the little kitchen we had, but the stairs to the bed was right above it, to the point where it would be a fire hazard and it wouldn't be comfortable at all to cook anything there as you'd have to reach around the stairs (which are not movable, if they were this wouldn't have been a problem).

The nicest part of the place is outside of the building. A veneer to hide what was inside. Old, old wooden stairs and broken tiles in the floor leading to our room, our room had the remains of dried bug guts on the wall, dust cobwebs on the ceiling , furniture desperately in need of cleaning and the sound of someone beating a female somewhere in the building during the night, and a mattress thrown on the loft floor. We left the next day. This is clearly a misrepresentation of what you would expect by reviews and photos. lipstick on a pig. we will be contacting booking. com for a refund. we also booked a tour and was refused a refund. clearly the pictures are from when it was newly renovated.
