The location was good that we could keep our stuff while touring the city, take it back and head to the station easily. The facilities are also state-of-the-art that you don’t need a plastic key. Even the switches in the room were well-thought planned.

Ventilation would be a small problem. The air in the elevator hall was a bit stuffy. The locker service needs extra 5 euros charge

Todo muy limpio, las vistas desde la planta 11 muy bonitas. Camas muy cómodas. El bar/hall de recepción muy tranquilo y cómodo, pude teletrabajar desde allí perfectamente.

Las habitaciones no las limpian todos los días, (únicamente cada 3 noches)

Very close to the train station, easy to find. Smooth check-in. Relaxing outside areas. Comfortable and clean bathrooms. I did love the self-draft beer-station :)

This day Bayern drawed against Madrid and too many people in Antwerpen seem to enjoy Madrid. Didn't like this, not the hotels fault.

Clean and new. Very comfortable. Amazing lounge area at the lobby. Snack and drinks options 24/7 with self cashier

Felt a bit lack of connection. Nobody really greets you when you come for check in or check out. Felt a bit strange. Maybe that’s the concept idk.

What a cool concept of a hotel! Everything is super modern, the room is high-tech with audio, video and lights perfect set for a super comfortable stay (I am a bit fan of gadgets and this room had it all, colourful lights, smart TV and surround sound for your music) The bed is amazingly comfortable and noise levels are very low taking in to account that we were in Antwerp for a Madonna concert and the hotel was packed with fans. The reception area has a great self-service concept, with lots of snacks, drinks and prepare yourself meals (like pizzas on a proper little oven) for the guest and the staff was super attentive and kind. Location can’t be beaten, right in front of the station. I highly recommend A-stay!

Sound hotel with very friendly helpful staff, everything is card only and self service, can't rate the breakfast as I didn't have any, but a pleasant place to stay, with a safe feeling, which is always welcome.

We were able to regulate the room aircon 18c and above. It was nice and cool in the room. The beds were very comfy. The shower was easy to regulate. The room lights, blinds, and temp was all regulated through the TV. It was very easy to use.

The shower water leaked into the toilet area.

It was too hot. no window to open for free air. AC was not cooling the room at 18 degrees

Located right at Central train station. Very convenient to come in/get out the city, and use it as a base camp for day trips (Ghent, Bruges,etc). Also all major attractions are within walking distance. The hotel shows a new concept. Looks techy and morden. Staff (called Locals，not sure why) were super friendly and helpful. Will recommend and stay again.

They use paid lockers as luggage storage instead of some storage space/room. And we were told they run out of lockers upon arrival ! (I wish I was told that when I called asking for storing luggage ). So we had to go to the train station lockers.

Superb location and friendly staff. The room was large, clean and comfortable. There was lots of space for luggage and leg room. Early booking allowed for a fair price that was well deserved. The self service cafe in the entrance is well stocked for a night in as well.

It is a card only establishment, including the cafe and tax payments but they state it on the page. They also request an extra 5 euros per hour for early checkin even if it is only for an hour but no pay back for early checkout. The bathroomstalls are almost see through. Very awkward.

Location close to Central Station and City Center, Hotel clean, simple and hip, looks like an older Hotel that recently got renewed or maybe newly build, Staff at Check-In and Check-Out super friendly. Bed was comfortable.

Couln’t turn off the AC when I got back to the room at a pretty late hour. I called reception and immediately got Help also friendly (works over the TV) super simple actually but you gotta know… A lot of Doors especially around the Elevater/Staircase/Gym etc. had Signs that were a bit confusing, Reception was called Playground, had to figure that out but was not an issue or something bad : )

High tech, clean hotel at the heart of the city.

I've chosen this hotel as it stated that it has private parking. Well it does have, but it is quite expensive and I didn't know it until I got a reply to my request for a parking spot. Within walking distance, there are a few parking areas quite cheaper. The breakfast is OK, but could be better. The room is a little bit chilly during the night and you only get one thin duvet which doesn't help much.
