Place is great! I paid to heat the pool and it was like bath water. It was 40 degrees outside (in March) in the morning and we swam (myself too not just my kids). It’s about 40 minutes from Zion. Quiet, safe neighborhood! Comfortable beds. Minor complaint-not many spices for cooking and no coffee. I would stay here again!! Close to Walmart for groceries and 15 minutes from St. George (fun shops and restaurants). We stayed as a family (17, 15, 12 and 10). Very safe neighborhood/cute area. Text host a few questions and she responded within 10 minutes. Easy to enter and garage parking was nice. If coming from Vegas-highly recommend Valley of Fire state park too. If you’re here to see Zion, this is a great spot. Lots of ATV and dirt bike trails out in the area too.

We celebrated a fun girls/mom trip and couldn’t recommend this place more! It was very roomy with 10 of us and the amenities were great! The place was pretty clean though we did recommend a few things to the owners that could use some more attention or be fixed, such as mirrors and windows cleaned, under furniture cleaned, drains were slow, pretty minute details. The owners were very appreciative of the feedback so they could fix the issues. The important areas were very clean though and the beds were very comfortable. The private pool was such a great treat! We would totally stay here again!

We had an amazing time here with our family. The house was super cleanand had everything we need it. The chitchen has all the supplies.

Perfect location for a quick trip to sand hollow park. There was a lot of room for trailer parking and they neighbors were so friendly and helpful. The heated pool was awesome after a hard day of riding.

We had a wonderful stay here in Hurricane. This is a beautiful well kept home in a quiet neighborhood with everything you need. The pool is awesome, ping pong in the garage and nice entertainment enter as well. Close to Zion, Bryce and North Rim of Grand Canyon National Parks. This was a perfect place for our family of five which includes 3 teenagers/young adults.

The home was beautiful and very clean. The location was perfect for us where it was close to the reservoir and St George. Brittany was very responsive and easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again.

We stayed for Easter, had a fantastic time. Pool and home was perfect for our family.

Accommodating house with an excellent back yard. The amenities provided were terrific as well as the information packet. The beds were very comfortable and area is terrific.

This is the 2nd time I’ve stayed here. That should say something. The beds are SO comfortable. It has everything that we needed. We were out of the St. George traffic but easily made it to the 8games we had over the weekend. We loved relaxing in the pool and watching movies. Great communication with hosts and we had no problems at all. Would love to stay again next year!

Our family meet here for Thanksgiving. The kitchen has everything we needed to prepare meals and enjoy our time together. We had a blast playing rock band, swimming and hiking.

We had a wonderful time staying here! The home is beautiful, pool is perfect, and Hurricane is a nice place to get away to. It was great space for 9 of us to lounge, watch TV, eat and relax. We lost a valuable item and the owner made sure it was found so we appreciate the extra effort!

The whole extended family enjoyed the pool and the house, and it was a perfect location for visiting Zion and Bryce Canyon.

My family and I stayed at this property and it was fantastic!! It was very clean. The pool was great for the whole family. The neighborhood was quiet and calm. Minutes from boating and riding at Sand Hollow. A lot of thought went into making our stay more comfortable with the simple amenities offered at the home. Question were promptly answered by Brittany one of the owners. We will definitely be back!

Nice rental property. Our family enjoyed our stay over spring break. House is located in a large subdivision, close to reservoir and trail system. House is clean, well appointed and nicely decorated. We heated the pool and used it every day in the chilly spring weather which our kids really enjoyed. Close access to everything you need and not far from St. George. Communication was quick and friendly with owners and we had a great trip. We would stay again if the opportunity arises.

House was very nice and clean. Pool was amazing! With it being so close to Sand Hollow, we’ll be back to stay here with our boat!

We had a wonderful time at this property. Pool was perfect for cooling off after a long day exploring. Home was well stocked with the essentials. Also appreciated little things like a cooler and ice packs. Very comfortable furnishings. Highly recommended!

We booked this property for my husband's 60th birthday to take our adult kids to spend four nights golfing & hanging at the pool. We looked at several properties with a private pool in the area and chose this one because they had enough bedrooms so that all of our kids & their spouses would have their own space. Upon entering the house, I was beyond pleased. The decor, the layout, the rooms, the backyard, the POOL - everything was so nice & so cozy. My husband & I stayed in the large suite that had a purple mattress. I think we are now going to consider purchasing this mattress for our own bed. It was amazing to say the least. We had the best night's sleep. The en suite was great! Loved the closet space, the shower, the tub - all of it. We cooked a lot of meals at the house & used the BBQ. The house came with everything we needed to prepare meals plus they had seasonings, condiments and more. We played some ping pong a couple of nights which was a great addition. But the best part of the stay was the pool. There was a shaded spot with chairs & picnic table and there were 6 pool loungers. It had a little shed full of pool toys & floaties. When we weren't playing at the local golf courses, we were in the pool. We fell in love with this place and were so sad to leave. I can't thank the owners enough for offering such a beautiful property for our family to get together. We will definitely look at staying at this place again in the future. It was AMAZING!

This property and the pool were just what we needed for our end-of-the-summer getaway. It was so great having a pool in the back yard. The pool and home were exactly as shown in the ad. No surprises. Everything was spotlessly clean. There were lots of little extras that made our stay comfortable. Would definitely rent again.

Property managers were super helpful., sending detailed notes for check in and being super responsive. Helpful stickers and notes in the house to orient us. Nice pool and quiet / central location

Omg! We truly had so much fun. 10 of us girls went down for a family and friend bachelorette party and this was the perfect place. It has everything you could possibly need and it’s such a beautiful place. The pool is fantastic and we stayed in it most the day on Sunday. We love that it’s salt water and doesn’t make you feel exhausted. This place is perfect

Everything about this property was perfect. Great views and location, close to the lake and grocery shopping. The property was immaculate. Kitchen had everything we needed including an outdoor grill. Bedrooms were comfy and spacious. The best part was the saltwater pool. It was the perfect size, temperature and depth. Pictures make it look smaller than it actually is. We will definitely be back.

Could not have asked for a better place to wind down after a few days hiking the nearby national parks. We stayed as a couple, but would be great for families as well.
