Wonderful property right in the middle of Palermo. When we visited in January, it was very quiet. The staff were wonderful, super helpful, professional and knowledgeable. Our room was extremely clean and comfortable, and the whole property was chic and spotless. Delicious breakfast. Would absolutely stay again.

A perfect stay. Within walking distance to all the main attractions. Check in was smooth. The room was a perfect size, nice and warm, quiet with housekeeping everyday. We were able to use the facilities until our evening departure that was an added bonus. I will definitely come back to this place. Thank you

Really spacious, well-equipped and comfortable room in a beautiful building, but with the added bonus of a gorgeous kitchen, lounge, dining and fully-stocked bar area which is only shared with three other rooms.

Fabulously appointed, absolutely everything you could have needed, including complimentary water, coffee machine and even a cocktail bar. Emanuela could not have been more helpful from checking on our car to providing breakfast in-house because of the rain. Nothing was too much trouble

An absolute gem in the historic centre of Palermo.Welcomng staff who arranged airport pickups and late night check in, Charming and quirky decor in the rooms and delicious breakfast Fantastic location for sightseeing,walking distance to so many beautiful cafe bars and restaurants .Would highly recommend staying here on a trip to Palermo.

Disappointing experience due to misleading info. Breakfast is at another place in the city (not according to the pictures). It is only mentioned in the small letters. Deluxe room is actually very small with no windows to the street; small 2 person bed. Cleaning was also not ok. Not the B&B experience that we recommend.

The hotel / apartaments has an excelent service for their guests, the help from Rodi and Emanuela were great, we could also laundry our cloths without a charge. However, the wifi wasn´t very good from the room. The breakfast was good, they served, fruit, jam and cheese, cereal, bread and coffee, the necessary to start the day. The location it´s not far away from turistic attractions or to the bus stop to catch the hop on hop off.

It´s important to let know the guests that the breakfast it´s served in another accomodation near by the one we stood, and that it´s on a 3rd floor without elevator, so not quite recommended to the elderly or persons with back problems.

The people running the place are super lovely. Perfectly located, in walking distance to literally everything. Save and quiet.

We expected something completely different. It's located in a palace but it's the rooftop so no majestic high ceilings of palace alike furnishing. Some parts of the shower where not working or rusting. Actually shower was a tad disgusting. But in retrospect I have to admit that if you wanna stay in a real palace you probably have to book something more expensive. We were super disappointed on arrival and I got angry everytime I entered the place, but then actually we slept pretty well ;) so it wasn't the worst nightmare but wow... not a palace

3rd floor- and no lift

Great location, beautiful beautiful apartment, indeed a place to consider to easily visit Palermo city center.

The jacuzzi wasn’t working and the bath wasn’t perfectly clean. A bit on the expensive side.

Lovely staff, great location, beautiful room with nice balcony. We were a bit anxious to discover on the way home from dinner the first night that the BB22 is bang in the middle of and completely surrounded by an extremely lively party area (literally packed with very young noisy party goers), as we are both extremely sensitive to any kind of noise - but astonishingly we heard literally no sound of it from our room.
