Perfect location to attend the opera. Right across the street. And not far from train station. Breakfast is very good and plentiful. Clean. Quiet.

It had a weird vibe. Kind of cold with over the top marble and severe lights. Staff was meh.

Região ao redor do hotel é hostil até pra nós que estamos acostumados com a violência brasileira. Além disso, a noite não dá pra andar na região, achei muito perigosa e mal frequentada. Embora o estacionamento seja propriedade do hotel, eles cobram muito caro para utilizá-lo, achei isso desagradável e falta de noção, pois é espaçoso e não justifica tal preço.

Spa was great,

Location was terrible. The hotel is cheap glitz with no heart or soul. I have visited all parts of Italy many times, this hotel has nothing Italian about it. I paid the bill on leaving and the receptionist who was chatting on his mobile didn't say thank you, not even a good bye, he didn't even look up. Thanks

A long walk to the Ponte Vecchio

We booked a Junior Suite. It was spacious. Air-conditioning was perfect, so was the shower. Power sockets were abundant. Food was plentiful at the buffet breakfast and there were choices of ordered dishes for us to enjoy. Staff were courteous and helpful. The Hotel was about 15 - 20 minutes from the tourist centre. It was an easy walk and good after having the delicious meals at town which sometimes could be heavy. There is a tram station right in front of the Hotel and the tram reaches the Railway Station within 10 minutes.

There are a few steps at the front door and it would have been perfect if assistance can be provided to guests having difficulties handling luggages.

The staff was helpful and friendly, the breakfast was extensive, and the hotel has private parking (a bit expensive, but worth it). The beds were comfortable, and the sheets were very soft. We found several good restaurants nearby. The hotel has an elevator and only a few stairs. Public transit is close by; the hotel called taxis for us that came quickly. We walked to the city center as well.

The decor is not our style, and there was a lack of useful storage.

Everything was exceptional. While room was a little small it was extremely comfortable and very clean for duration of stay. Breakfast was excellent. Personal service from all staff was incredibly good with helpful advice and quick response to questions. Spa was small but very relaxing and enjoyable.

Our room was a little lacking in storage space for a 6 day stay but we sorted ourselves out in the space and never felt our room was too small. Maybe spa could have longer opening hours.

The Decor was top quality classy and comfortable. A very high standard from Foyer, restaurant, spa and bedroom The staff were very helpful, with superb English and nothing was too much trouble. The Breakfast was a formidable spread !!

Hotel Staff was exceptional in every way. If I could rate it 10 Star I would. 1) felt safe and secure as an American Tourist 2) Close proximity to train/taxi/food and historic center 3) Hotel staff sealed the deal in every way!

Melhor Hotel que fiquei na Itália. Quarto muito bom. Limpeza impecável. Recepção nível 5 estrelas (um abraço para o Ivan, ele foi um excelente profissional). Café da manhã excelente. Fica na frente da estação de trem, dando fácil acesso para a estação central.

Tutto perfetto! Stanza grande e silenziosa, letto confortevole. La colazione è stata ottima con ampia scelta e servizio inpeccabile. La Spa dell'hotel è pulita e molto bella, gli accessi organizzati per fasce orarie è una bell'idea.

Leuk, vernieuwd hotel op 20 min wandelen van het centrum. Heel ruime kamers. Goede airco. Er zijn een beperkt aantal parkeerplaatsen aanwezig, te huren aan €35 per dag. Heel vriendelijk onthaal. Er is ook 1 uur spa inbegrepen, wat fijn is na een drukke (en warme) dag Firenze.

Ontbijt is niet speciaal.
