El desayuno cuesta 16€ por persona y día Un día el servicio de limpieza dejo la puerta de la habitación abierta. Cuando pedimos explicaciones al regresar a la habitación nos digerían que la cerradura funcionaba mal. No me sirve esa excusa

Mucho, está bien comunicado, limpio, muy amable el personal

Es uno de los mejores hoteles en los que he estado. La habitación súper grande, con una terraza con vistas al mar. El desayuno muy completo. Pero, por encima de todo, la cama comodísima. Caes y duermes como un tronco. Tiene salida directa a la playa y muchos restaurantes alrededor. Es una ubicación perfecta si vienes de playa. Si vienes de carnavales, como fue nuestro caso, pilla un poco lejos pero el autobús (el 1) te deja enfrente.

Pasamos un pelin de frío. Teniendo el termostato a tope, se notaba mucha diferencia de temperatura del pasillo a la habitación. Quizás fue culpa nuestra por no decirlo. También les sugeriría que pongan nórdicos en la cama durante el invierno.

A cama do quarto era muito mole e as almofadas muito altas, acabava por se tornar pouco confortável

Estabamos en la primera planta y la limpieza en el baño dejó mucho que desear, durante toda la semana tuvimos la misma suciedad en el inodoro. Bañera anticuada. No había gel, champú, ni jabón en los dispensadores.

ONLY THE bed and sight of sea from the balconyp

Very poor Internet, poor bathroom hot water, extremely poor tv reception, poor toiletries, poor staff responses showing very bad training.

The hotel is right on the beach which is enormous and immaculately clean. Our room had a side sea view which was lovely. The hotel is a short 10 minute bus ride from the centre of Cadiz which is a fantastic city.

Breakfast was pretty expensive so we ate out.

the hotel room was a little tired, the sofa bed for my son was very pour and he couldn't sleep on it as the springs could be felt through the mattress, also the sofa bed was not made up and we had to request this at 11pm at night, a bit disappointing to be honest

I loved the location and the balcony and I loved that the staff gave us chocolate truffles as a surprise to our room

Was very disappointed in the pool smaller looking than the pictures very awkward people staring at us so I felt too uncomfortable to get in so we went to the beach and u have to pay for the sun loungers even tho they are in your pictures the breakfast was not good we are vegetarian so we could only have the eggs as protein the scrambled egg was so wet not nice at all I felt like I wasted a lot of money I do regret staying here (staff were perfect I can’t say a bad word about them)

Brilliant breakfasts, nice quiet room, attentive housekeeping staff (excellent!), nice location.

The ads strongly suggested that the sun loungers on the beach right in front of the hotel. In fact this is not the case, we would have had to fork out EUR 20 per day to use them, even for just 2 hours. We opted not to use them because it was a "rip off". Prices were very much on the high side, £750 for 3 nights!

Booked a frontal Sea faceing view and this didnt dissapoint, it was fabulouse. Hotel is a short Cab Ride from Train Station 7 EURO from the cab rank at the station as No UBER it seems. Very comfortable room bed etc, Nicely decorated and spotlessley Clean. Mini Bar was usefull if not for it's contents. Staff wonderfull - very helpfull, friendly and kind. Beach Towels available to use with no fee attached - very usefull if traveling light but not mentioned on Booking.com. Staff all very nice - friendly and helpfull.

The beach is stunning. Thought the Hotel had a section of the beach to itself with Sunbeds going by the photographs but these are charged (not by the hotel) by a private operator directly in front of the Hotel. £19.50 EURO per day between 11 and 7pm - Seemed a bit steep and we don't usually spend 8 solid hours sat on a sunbed when on holiday so the investment seemed pointless - perhaps the Hotel could in future provide some sunbeds on the beach as part of the room rate to avoid any confusion. Booking.com said the room had a coffee Machine - it did not. We're not usually fussed about Breakfasts in Hotels - usually will have a coffee in the room and if Hunngry will have Brunch or an Early Lunch so this was a bit of a dissapointment. A Kettle was produced by the Hotel reception as soon as we asked about the Mentioned Coffee Machine and they appologiesed and explained Coffee Machines are only available in suits - seemed odd for a 4 star hotel in Spain - Booking.com Listing Needs an update! Mini Bar Items were expensive so we didnt use them, Perhaps nowadays just an empty Fridge in the room would be better to store water and ones own drinks perhaps.

The hotel was fantastic.

Air conditioning was poor and there were no tea/coffee making facilities as mentioned in the description.

We had a room with a balcony that faced the ocean. Could not have been better. The staff was very very nice.

We would have preferred a queen bed instead of two doubles, but I was not asked about this at check-in. Looked like plenty of rooms were available. The pool was cool and not heated (spoiled Americans). The bath area was pretty small. Furniture was pretty old and outdated rooms could use some updated paint colors, but we liked the European look of the room overall. Our neighbor smoked in his room and the smoke permeated our room on the first day. He moved out after that.

Well placed hotel on strand with plenty of restaurants nearby. Easy bus ride to Cadiz old town.

a bit more info could be provided. Left beach towels in the room at checkout and had to return to the room to get them b/c they needed to be handed into the reception desk. Makes sense but was not explicitly told
