Very noisy

Rooms were good size, The room had 3 beds in it Staff were great

Decor is a bit outdated, No breakfast available also. Location is a bit out from city centre

Shower was good but blocked drainage, beds were comfortable but bedsheet had blood stain, many lights and mirrors which is plus. Location is good as well if you have your own car.

No drinking water in the room, no hair dryer, no iron.

Struggling to find anything

To be honest not the greatest of stays the carpark have alot of the pavers pulling up from the ground there was a lot of rubbish laying around and blowing around outside the hotel aswell as the steps up to the door we found several blood stains on one of the beds and for whatever reason there was only one member of staff and she couldn't even find replacements so we had to move rooms there was no means of getting breakfast other hotels offered that at a similar price and while checking out the following morning we were standing at checkout while the staff member continued her conversation with another before checking us out

Good location but the hotel needs some refurbishment and is expensive for what you get. Staff were mostly good but rooms needed some work.

Room 407. TV around the controls area was dirty. There was a sewing tack or pin under the information sheet on the desk and the desk was not clean. The tap in the sink was not clean, underneath it was slimy gunk, which came off on a tissue. There was a strong smell of stale cigarette smoke in the room. There was no shower gel in the dispenser. I did not bring any as normally hotels provide it. I asked the lady doing rooms in the morning to fill it and she did. There was no bathmat, just bath towel and hand towel.

quiet clean but not close to bus station and only a Aild besides hotel, that means a little unconvenice. However its still a wonderful experience in here for one night

It was great, clean, room lovely. Suited us fine and we thank you for allowing us to arrive late which made our journey less stressful. Got a lovely breakfast before starting the next leg of our journey.
