Excellent location, in the heart of Augsburg

Terrible Wifi, in my room it was impossible to work because the laptop and smartphone kept disconnecting. The breakfast was basic, I hoped for some more choices, at least two types of sausages and eggs. My colleague asked for a room on the 2nd floor instead of the 1st and the hotel staff questioned the reason for this request. I didn't find it appropriate. The shower is just with a plastic curtain, so the toilet gets fully wet when showering. I was expecting a bit more for €130/night

Alice doubles up as reception and kitchen. All very efficient Very helpful. Car parking is below and there is a lift directly to the main floors so no ‘lugging cases’

Room a bit small but perfectly functional

Located right in the centre of Augsburg with parking on the premises. Breakfast was abundant and rooms comfortable (albeit somewhat hot). Great staff (fluent in English and very helpful)

The location was fabulous right behind the Rathaus. The breakfast was very good with many choices. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The lighting in the bathroom on the mirror was not working. When we reported it to the manager he said they knew about it but didn't want to take the room our of service.

Only one people taking care of everything check out, breakfast... So I couldn’t pay with my credit card because he didn’t have time to deal with his machine that didn’t work.
