La cercanía a la playa

Que no tuviera nevera, es Alicante, hace mucho calor y para mantener al menos una botella de agua fría...

The hotel for very clean, very comfortable room and good bathroom. The staff at reception were friendly and helpful

There were not enough staff in the restaurant and the only person serving was quite stressed and not as friendly as we would have expected considering everything else was so good. They need to make sure they have enough staff to cope with residents walking in looking to eat.

L’emplacement 40min à pieds de la place du centre ville

Close to the beach, but a little drive to the city center. Room was clean and spacious, bed was comfortable. There is a parking area free of charge nearby.

It would be nice to have a fridge in the room.

Como siempre, lo elijo al ir a Alicante. A 5 minutos en coche Limpieza,cama muy cómoda. Todo lo necesario. Terracita en la mía. Se aparca bien. Desayuno excelente con vistas.Amanecer. pequeño gimnasio. Precio rompedor. Barceló.

Por mi parte, nada que objetar

Food and room/ excellent but location very poor, very hilly and no restaurants, bars or shops close had to walk 45 mins into Alicante centre.

Location, too far away from Ali ante centre so had to eat in hotel

Interior design and bed (big size and comfortable)

The photos on the website and in Booking do not reflect reality. The building is quite old and the rooms are only on the first floors of the huge building. We booked a standard room, and the only view we had was a rock wall. We didn't ask for a sea view, but we didn't expect such a view. It really felt like we were underground, and there was no air coming into the room. Towels and sheets full of dirt stains or broken. The elevator did not work the two days we were there. Poor maintenance of the pool, which smelled bad and was definitely not as it looked in the picture. Bad location also, far from the center. We would not recommend it.
