La habitación con el swim up, La ubicación. El room service. La atención del sommelier y de las hostess. Ante una solicitud actúan rápido.
La calidad de las bebidas podría ser mejor. En algunos bares había y en otros no ciertas marcas. Faltan ventiladores en el lobby bar. Y en el sport bar la atención es muy mala.

Me exasperó la música a todo volumen que oímos de 10 a 6 pm. Nos tuvimos que refugiar en la habitación gran parte del día porque el ruido et insoportable . Nada del repiso que queríamos disfrutar

Lo que más nos gustó es que es un hotel pequeño, donde no sentimos la “masividad” clásica de los all inclusive, el servicio y la amabilidad es excepcional desde que llegamos hasta que nos fuimos. Todos nos trataban por nuestros nombre. Destaco muchísimo la atención de Luis, Alberto y Joselyn sin embargo absolutamentos todos fueron muy amables.
La comida exquisita para lo que es este formato de hoteles, de alta calidad!
Es un hotel muy tranquilo, no de fiesta, sin embargo contaba con variadas actividades!
Realmente quedamos muy contentos con nuestra estancia, y esperamos poder volver pronto!
A considerar que se necesita taxi o transfer para salir del hotel a cualquier parte!
Podrían mejorar el tema de la sustentabilidad, por ej. dando botellas reutilizables y poner puntos de llenado! Ya que en general se ve que se usan muchas botellas plásticas !

Staff was wonderful! Our second visit and we can’t wait to go back! The rooms are lovely and views are great no matter what side of hotel you’re on. Food is great with fun options! Try the wood fired pizza by the beach! Capri grille and buffet are fantastic.
Shoutout to Carla & Mili for arranging fun events, Capri grilles chef Luis and Alejandro are amazing , Jorge at the pool bar and Rolfi in the buffet are fantastic!!

Beautiful Resort service was above and beyond very friendly and accommodating. Food could be better not enough of a variety Italian restaurant was very disappointing I'm sure they are working out bugs because of their new opening.

beautiful property, quiet, spacious, right on the beach
- More umbrella seating is needed on the beach so people can enjoy out there without roasting
- music by the pool was the same every single day and the cabanas block a lot of the view
- hot tub closes at 7pm, so when you’re cold after sunset you can’t use it but it’s over 100° during the day and it’s on
- Revisit the menus + food options / chefs and buffet options
- Better night life / events would’ve made up for the overall stay

Everything was wonderful! The staff was amazing, everyone greets you and is always attentive to your needs. The resort is by far a 5 star for sure! It’s clean and very secure . The resort provides a lot of activities to do during the day and entertainment at night . We had a great time!

The people were amazing, good service they need to add more activities. I felt that we didn’t have enough activities like music in the evening or activities in the morning but generally it was good.

staff were all trying very hard, very new and clean, great little pop up events like Mayan dancing but you had to be there to see

this is a very spacious property and we never felt any crowds , stall , all the stall were fantastic, food also very good , top spirits at the the bar , Grey Goose vodka , included !

Great self contained all inclusive resort, with superb service and amazing location. options from chilling out all day at the pool or beach, to stay v active with beach volleyball to x-pole to water aerobics.
Rooms feel a bit sparse, too clinical, not welcoming, cozy.
