Loved the villa and having privacy. Not far from large restaurant selection and shopping. Short taxi to the beach. Responsive service.

The bed was very firm.

I stayed 1 night, Room is clean and big.. they are very welcoming.. they have float breakfast a good idea l like it.. they are on time.. the have also bicycle for free but i didn't have time to try it

the pool not clean

This is our second time in the same trip after a disappointment with another facility villa mango we decided to go back from Ubud to seminyak and specifically to Iconic Villa, this time we got the chance to explore the surrounding you are few blocks away from the main road, where many shops and restaurants are there. This time we went for three bedrooms villa bigger pool and space, we felt very safe and comfortable. Now it’s our favourite villa and for sure will come again.

Nothing

It was a very good place to stay, so much so that we even extended our stay by 5 days. Breakfast is served in the villa in the morning - the choice is large and the portions very generous. If you have booked with breakfast, you also get afternoon tea with snacks and desserts. The villa is well located - within walking distance of the tourist streets. The street is quiet and better maintained than many other streets in Seminyak. There are also restaurants and coffee shops nearby. Every evening a team comes and gives mosquito coils to the entrances (which are Balinese / so more optical than dense) - and sprays mosquito spray and gives a new mosquito protection in the bedroom - this is very effective - as we had no mosquito bites despite the pool and garden. The property is clean and inviting - as are the villas.

The internet is despite described "fast" internet - very slow (maximum 15 kb but mostly 3-10 kb) The lighting is very dim - but this is the case in many Balinese villas. The TV (if you need one) is small and useless since no Smart TV

the pool was great and the staff were helpful. the breakfast was terrific. the property has a great location. Also, the kitchen was fully equipped.

we ordered dinner from the property restaurant but the food wasn't that great.

It’s so quiet here, yet not far from the hub of Seminyak.

I like the location and how specious was the villa

I didn’t like how the villa was old and there’s no maintenance for the villa specially for the doors and the walls they were dirty and corroded wood

Staff were great and helpful and very prompt, Villa was so cute and had everything we needed. Shower pressure was great close walking distance to restaurants and massage spa
