The first thing that caught my attention were the ever smiley faces of the staff. Second was the view of the sun and sea. Third was the huge villa with all the amenities that come with it. For breakfast there was a wide array ranging from salads, breads, cheeses, local and western delights. You can also ask for in villa meals which come piping hot. I have to add that my daughter fell sick and the staff assistance was superb. We thank you from the bottom of our hearts for the hospitality and service provided

The water pressure was low, the tv was like chipsmore sometimes can watch most of the time not but that is also good as it means more time at the pool

Very spacious unit/house for 2 bedrooms apartment. All units are facing the sea and come with private swimming pool. Buggy is provided to commute within the resort as it is huge. You may enjoy the walk or jog in the morning touring the whole resort area. Staff are lovely. You may extend stay until 3pm with IDR500,000. Cab ride to the city is around 40 mins @ IDR100,000

I can see neighbour private swimming pool from either of master bedroom or the 2nd bedroom. Local coffee at breakfast is chargeable and not included on the breakfast buffet.

The bed was very comfortable, and the 3-room villa was very spacious. While we faced a number of hiccups during our stay, the after-the-event service was very commendable and helped to make our stay more pleasant.

It was a rainy period in batam which culminated in a number of electrical faults - we were without electricity for about 1-2 hours after checking in (late), and there were also a few other issues relating to the cooking facilities and the inability to access a room which was locked. Responsiveness to our requests were also delayed until we escalated our issues - although if there was facility-wide electrical faults, the staff were understandably overwhelmed.

We were 2 adults and 2 teens. Got free upgraded to a 3 bedroom. Was amazed by the huge size of the villa, wonderful sea view, great food options within the property. speedy response from staff including the buggy service. Wonderful service with the bbq in the villa, forgot the names of the staff, super service from them.

Some of the things in the room were not working. Would have liked more activities available in the property. Pillows were too soft.

interior wall is leaking. water heater is too small and cannot hold enough to complete a shower. only 1 TV in the leaving room as they remove the TV in the other room. breakfast theme is 5 star but the food variety is only 2.5 star. overall, not worth the value for this property.

Attitude of the staff was stellar, customer service was top notch. Good recovery service by the staff for some issues with the original room. Shout out to one of the staff, Welly, who was exceptionally good.

Probably due to age of place, maintenance is needed. Breakfast was a little lackluster but hey everyone is just back from Covid right. Support Montigo so that it's sustainable for them and us to all revisit.

We LOVED the resort. We booked the 2 bedroom villa was was amazing. Water front views. Villa was clean, comfortable and spacious. Buggy service was prompt. The staff were all friendly and always helpful. We were given welcome drinks as well. The breakfast spread was superb with plenty to choose from. Special mention to Bunga who works in Tadd’s restaurant. She was very attentive and helpful which made us feel welcomed. The plunge pool was clean and our family enjoyed the time splashing away.

The only downside was the service in Pantai restaurant. We made reservations but once seated we were told that food would take 45mins to be ready despite there were only 4 (of 2-4 pax) tables occupied.

Great customer service. Nice view and excellent gate away trip to relax mind, body & soul😎Love the breakfast there.

The maintenance of the Villa can be improve.The pool lights not working upon check in..Aircon not so cold especially in bed rooms.Can be quite warm towards early morning. The water pressure not very strong.All these should have checked before guess check in.

The staff were all very kind and friendly and they all meant very well, even if service was a little slow and sometimes they were not actually able to help.

The property is in dramatic need of repair/refurbishment. Our Villa was in a terrible state - missing pictures and TV's, marks and scuffs on all the walls and floors - it was very disappointing.

Was facing a major problem on my booking and Pak Kholid was so patience and help me to solve with his sincerely heart. And the rest of the staff too are so friendly from the reception, buggy service staff, room service staff and the breakfast buffet staff. They all are so friendly and helpful. TWO thumbs up for the staffs of Montigo Resort Nongsa.

the shower drainage was abit bad the water doesnt drain fast enough so water keep spilling out to other parts of the bathroom
