Loved the first floor renovation and I had a spectacularly comfortable and modern room for my 2-week stay. I thought the gym was wonderful and really helped my stay be as productice as it could be. Really enjoyed the warm and welcoming spirit of all the staff, everyone was truly so kind and helpful.

The dinner and lunch menus were a bit limited and much of the meals lacked seasoning.

Staffs are wonderful. Breakfast is fantastic. I love this hotel.

Excellent customer service, especially Miss Amani Ahmed and Asma Mahamoud; they greet guests warmly and with a smile. In addition, they listen carefully to the requests and needs of the customer. They address the customer by name and use polite language. Both are such wonderful people. The welcoming and comfortable atmosphere in the dining area was magnificent. The staff Anticipates guests' needs, such as refilling drinks or bringing additional condiments. I will return in the future with the Sheraton Hotel, consistently providing excellent customer service at both the front desk and dining areas and exceptional hospitality.

The price is kind of high for Sheraton, the water is a little salty. I stay at the 1st floor, the cleaning doesn't include the exterior garden

The beach

Our rooms were quiet and overlooked the street on the cul-de-sac. Poolside near the water, so a relaxing time. Very friendly and helpful staff members.

Reception staff were exceptional specially Ms.Amani

This is the second best hotel in Djibouti, only next to Kempinski. Good standards, internet working good. Good pool.

I wish there were more variety of breakfast foods. Essentials like cheese, salads, fruits, hams were there, but I wanted a little more extra. Especially, I wish there were a freshly squeezed juices. Private beach was really small, no sunbeds in the beach.
