Reception team was so nice with me since day one, Specially Mohamed Kadar! He's a good man and he helped me a lot while I was in Djibouti ! Thank you Mohmed Restaurant was delicious. Housekeeping were cleaning good as well. I'll definitely come back In Shaa Allah

I like lady who was on the reception she was extraordinarily in helping us from the first minute tell the end lovely staff helping in every stage ver friendly Sonia is angel working in this lovely buty I think she deserves to work in international hotels since she helping from her heart well educated the hotel is very well organized and clean

1-At The Hotel Location, you can smell the main Drainage of all Djibouti, 2- they promised by Email that they will send a drive to pickup me from the airport but they didn't. 3- too rude and bad treat from some of the restaurant employees... 4- Some problems you will notice in every room, technically not working or needs to fix or replace.

1. the bathroom needs some work. the water leaks on the floor, the bathroom door is fool of humidity and can’t close. 2. the room is quite overpriced given all the necessary refurbishing that hasn’t been done

This hotel is definitely value for money. Our stay here was pleasant and safe. The food at the restaurant were delicious. The services provided by the front office staff, restaurant staff, security staff, and housekeeping staff were exceptional and professional. All in all, it was a positive experience.

- The staff are very nice, friendly & helpful. - There's sea near the pool & the view is great - nice balcony with a view to the pool and sea - comfortable king sized bed

- the internet was NOT good! The wifi connection would CONSISTENLY disconnect and then I would often have to re-enter user and password details again which was very annoying - the room I was in was not sound proof. I could hear sounds of the people watching football as well as people by the pool. So at night, it was sometimes difficult to sleep. - it was very clear that the bathroom NEEDS renovation - breakfast could include more options.

Staff are very friendly and helpful while location is excellent. They even changed our room while we were having issued with AC.

Rooms are stinky, washroom need upgradation and maintenance. The breakfast buffet menu need improvement there are not much options available in breakfast. Except beans or peas bolied eggs and omelets nothing is available in cooked food. The water for tea was not even hot. Atleast variety in expected in breakfast. Lunch buffet was better with variety of food.

The only thing that was good in the hotel was the restaurant by the pool that stuff really tried to do the best to occupy and provide good service Bader and ayoob did a great job
