Very homely, comfortable and clean. Had everything we needed. We would definately stay again.

No hand rail in the stair case. Not good for the elderly. We found dirty cooking utensils and frying pans, dirty fans. If you have a big car/4wd. not good for parking.

The house is right on a busy road with vehicles typically trucks as early as 6am...Can consider double glazed windows to cut down the noises. :-) All cookeries available which bonus for me as I love cooking meals. House pretty much provides most things like one's.

Rockingham has everything you need. Great beach's. Lots of birds on the nearby lakes and islands. Outdoor swimming pool, great shopping centre too.

Truck parked right outside front door but didn't cause issues.

Ant problem in house. We left food on bench (bread) & had to throw it out as ants everywhere.

Location was great, walk to foreshore, Owners were lovely and very helpful. The place had lots of thoughtful items to really make the place homely

The only complaint would be a small garage, difficult to park and get in and out of. But to be honest this is only a small concern, and one used to it not really an issue.

Dave and Jackie, so easy to deal with. Quick responses very helpful. The accommodation has amazing bedding, quality linens. Well appointed throughout. Everything advertised is delivered when you stay.

House was very well located and catered to all our needs. 5 minute walk to the beach and coffee shops. All areas were well maintained and the owners gave clear instructions prior to arrival. Great communication. Will definitely stay again onour next trip to Perth.

Location was exactly what we hoped/expected. The property was clean and beautifully presented. Had an issue with the TV developing a fault 630pm Saturday evening, the owner resolved the issue with a replacement TV within an hour! We'll be staying again next time we come West!

A wonderful house at a reasonable price.

Power boards in each of the rooms in order to plug phone/media device chargers in to charge due to strictly limited access to power points behind bedheads. Hosts advised that the main bedroom have already had power boards installed after departure. Recommend the same to be installed in all bedrooms.

Hosts were clear, precise and welcoming. Very accommodating with an early check in. Very clean and tidy unit. Having a washing machine and some lovely days had our clothes cleaned quickly. Location was perfect for our needs. Garage was great for off the street parking.

Almost everything was great! Loved the aircon.

The tight parking 😅 also took me a day to work out how to open the garage door- I’m not good with those things though, others would have had no problems

What a beautiful house and a wonderful location, literally around the corner from the beach. the house has such a wonderful homely feel that from the minute you walk in the front door you feel relaxed. The house is immaculate and so comfortable, the kids loved the back outdoor area to run around and our hosts were fantastic. Thanks for a lovely trip, we will most definitely be coming back :-)

The property is well presented, I loved that we could take our dog. Easy access to everywhere in Rockingham. Appreciated the security shutters which blocked out a lot of the busy street noise.

I would have liked hand rails on the staircase. It's on a busy road with traffic noise from about 5am. Having both toilets upstairs was inconvenient in the day. Not an easy fix but if you ever renovate consider adding a toilet into the laundry.

Clean, comfortable, close to shops, close to walking tracks. Access to property was easy and hassle free. Great hosts. We would happily stay here again.

The main bedroom is close to main road and is a little noisy in the early hours of the morning, but closing the window shutters helped.
