The location is strategic but heavy traffic jam for both ways. It takes another half hour from one side bandung city to u-turn and reach hotel. The foods are okay it keeps change everyday, the staffs are friendly. Hotel provides coffee capsul machine and water at the room. The amenities inside the bathroom is limited, I have to sign a paper to borrow one piece of hand towel. The room is not soundproofed and it's at the busy road towards Bandung. However they manage to moved us to top floor to be lesser noisy abit.

The location is at the very busy road and we have to use ear plug every night to be able to sleep. Otherwise 3 nights are nightmare that we couldn't sleep with noisy traffic with loud vehicles from the road.

The pillows were using syntetic foam, got my ear crooked and hurt. Got smoking room type, the smells won't go away and it's annoyed us. The room's acoustic were bit bad. Still can heard noises from the room next door.

Problem with the lift. Many guests but only 2 lifts working. Have to wait very long time until we have to take the stairs most of the time with our elderly mother. Hope the hotel will solve this problem.

The staff were amazingly friendly and very accommodating to any requests made. We had 3 rooms and they were all next to each other which was fantastic. The breakfast was incredible. Possibly the best breakfast in any hotel I have ever stayed in. The food choice was unreal!!

While the rooms matched the picture they were clearly taken a long time ago. They are very dated, with furniture a little scraped and damaged. This didn't bother us so wasn't a huge issue. I would suggest a minor refurb should be done in the near future. The only other thing we didnt like, which is our fault, not the hotels, was the location. With hindsight, we would have chosen a hotel in the city centre as it was a pain to get so many taxis to do anything.

Location OK, breakfast OK

Appreciate the hospitality but the hotel was too busy on weekend, I had to complaint to get my towels at 9PM. They promised to provide the towels a while after check in at 2P-3P but since perhaps too busy they didnt manage to provide me with the towels until I had to call back following up at 9P-ish. Breakfast was good.
