nice place with a great view

Bit dark inside and just one bathroom in the ground floor. the stairs to the bedrooms are very steep which could make toilet breaks in the night difficult.

Place is beautiful, very cosy and clean, beds are comfortable, terrace with ocean view is unforgettable. Additionally I want to admit communication with property, it was priceless. We have quite a few additional requests, transfer from airport was one of them. Host arranged transfer, communicated with driver our flight delays (it were a few delays), so driver met us despite very late arrival. Also, host organised late check in (really late, after midnight).

It's quite difficult driveway to property, but it's not something bad, just worth mentioning in order to be prepared.

The check-in was very easy and we had someone waiting for us. In general the staff was very friendly and welcoming, the communication was very easy over whats app so when we had problems or there was something wrong we could immediately get in touch with them. We were in the smaller apartment, and it just looks like on the pictures. The view from the bedroom and the terrace is amazing and you only need a 4 minute walk to the famous Seixal beach. The parking was also not a problem, there was enough space and even the driveway (which is to german standards steep) was still good to drive. We also liked that there was a washing machine and a oven. The bedrooms had a good size and the beds were comfortable. There is a great outddor kitchen and table so you can always sit outside. A small supermarket is close by. + there is a nespresso machine in the kitchen for all the coffee lovers

The kitchen equppment could have been a bit better. Ther was no water boiler for instance, no sieve if you want to cook noodles, no bowls for cereals. So if your are living there with more than two people and you like to cook, then it could be a bit more. In addition to that, we really had to buy everything except for Oil and some salt which other people have left. Would have been nice to have at least some soap there. In addition to that, the firnishing is a mix of old and new, which i think suits the house, but there could be a more comfortable couch. It was ok for us because we were always sitting outside anyway, but if you are there in winter and want to stay inside more, the inside could be more cozy. We picked the location as we also wanted to see the north side of madeira, and had another location in the second week on the south side. The north side is nice and quite, but there are not so many good restaurants, and you have to take into account to drive a lot if you want to do the most of the known hikes. So if you plan to stay only in one location, you will have to do some driving.

The views are amazing, fruit and a few essentials left for us on arrival. Great proximity to the beach, places to eat and drink with a friendly bar at the end of the road and a supermarket/ bar open at all hours. The property itself had great facilities, 3 bathrooms, washing machine and a well equipped kitchen. Would recommend to anyone wanting a chilled away from the crowds type holiday.

Amazing view and walking distance to beautiful beach

There should be free cleaning and change of bedding for stays over a week. We had cleaning because I asked but it was expensive

The house was amazing. Everything was as expected, crazy sea view, the silence of the village was broken only by the morning roosters (and it's a wonderful feeling from my childhood). Perfect escape from the city noise.

Amazing, very spacious villa with an incredible view. You can really rest there. Mornings were just beautiful when we've been drinking coffee on the terrace watching the sunrise. Close to one of the best beach on the whole Madeira!

The most amazing place ! Villa is just beautiful with a million dollars worth view. I was staying in the bigger part of the place, and it was just huge in therms of holiday home. You have big patio with a garden and view straight to the ocean from all of the rooms. You can just wake up in the morning and see the ocean right from your bed in master bedroom. Also, Seixal is nice quiet city with one of the most picturesque beaches in Madeira. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!
