We received a free upgrade room from Booking.com for this hotel. The room we were showed to was amazing - spacious, airy and the bed was so comfortable. The bathroom was fantastic too
The reception staff called early a few times on the first few mornings to tell us that breakfast was open. We would have preferred to have been left to sleep!

The customer service is fantastic in this hotel. Punit is exceptional and available always for any help. Breakfast is good The rooms are good...could do with some renovation for the price charged. Location is okay not within walking distance from popular sights but very close to bus and train station making it very convenient. Hotel Gorbandh deserves 5 stars for their customer service.
Quality of rooms and bathrooms can be improved for a superior room experience and it's pricing. Everything else in this hotel is great.

My experience with Gorbandh Hotel was awesome. The moment I booked the hotel I got a call from there side about my arriving and about my plans. The location was perfect near Udaipol and very near to the city centre. So I could go to the old Udaipur anytime. One important thing I would like to mention is about staff's behaviour and there hospitality . They were very polite, they made all my touring arrangements and plans that where should I visit. Highly recommended hotel from my side.
