Helen was very welcoming to my partner, my dog and I. The room was lovely, and we felt right at home with the amazing hospitality. Helen and Lucy went above and beyond, helping our dog when my partner and I nipped out. We will definitely be returning! Definitely recommend and very pet friendly!

Was going to a concert nearby, turned up in the day to be told the owner was in hospital and we couldn't stay. Was told I had received a message but I hadnt. We had to scramble around for a New place to stay and the only hotel available was further away from the venue and cost a lot more money.

Lovely setting quite and lots of parking, great and friendly host. Breakfast was good and all cooked fresh, Less then 20mins drive to peak district

Amazing b+b, Helen lovely and couldn't do enough for you. Wonderful breakfast with possibly the largest selection of food available i've ever seen. Very clean, with everything in the room you could need from tea/coffe, hairdryer to a bath bomb for a lovely soak!

This was an absolute gem of a place - we absolutely dropped on our feet here. Helen simply could not do enough to ensure we were looked after and is such an accommodating host. The location was perfect for us, the accommodation is clean, well equipped, private and comfortable and the breakfast was epic!!! Very highly recommended.

Helen is an absolute amazing host and ensured we was well looked after. The breakfast was absolutely fantastic especially the starters (granola, honey and fruit)

Wonderful breakfast and the host Helen was so lovely and couldn’t do enough to ensure we had a comfortable stay. We loved the horses too. Would definitely return. Great value

The bedroom was a little light in the morning but such a minor thing.

Ravencar Farm is in a beautiful location with easy access to the countryside and the city centre. The property is in a quiet location with lovely views and very close to a pub that serves excellent food too. Helen cannot do enough to help you enjoy your stay and the breakfast is excellent too.

The hostess Helen really couldn't do enough for you and the breakfast was amazing. The facilities were great and to be able to watch the horses while looking out of the dining room window was lovely.

If there was to be something that could be different I would say maybe a bit of background radio 2 or similar in the dining room as it was very quiet, but that isn't a criticism of the place just a suggestion

Helen was brilliant, very friendly and welcoming, fresh pot of tea and shortbread on arrival, nothing was too much trouble very amiable. Breakfast was excellent with extensive choice, top class would definitely stay here again.

Helen offered a wonderful choice for breakfast, and it was cooked perfectly with high quality ingredients.

For our stay, nothing could have been better. If you had stayed longer, you might have wanted access to the wardrobe which was obscured by the settee.
