-apart Hotel mit wohn- und Schlafzimmer.
-Bett war gemütlich
-die Lage ist super
- insgesamt leider mehr „Show and shine“ als sein.
- auf den Fotos und auch vor Ort auf den ersten Blick alles schick, schaut man in die Ecken sieht die Welt anders aus. übergestrichene Schimmelflecken im Bad, teilweise Fettflecken an den Wänden.
- küchennische nicht eingerichtet, Küchenkorb soll 30€/Nacht extra kosten.
-parken 18€/ nacht. wer mit Auto anreist findet in der näheren Umgebung keine kostenlosen Parkplätze.
- Frühstück sehr teuer (24€/person) und sein Geld leider nicht wert. (nur Kaffee im Preis, Joghurts abgepackt) für den Preis leider nur unterer Frühstücksstandard. Schade, wir hatten uns auf ein tolles Frühstück gefreut.
- das Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer ist unbrauchbar, im ausgezogenen Zustand konnte nicht mal unser 1,5 jähriges Kind geräuschlos darauf liegen, im zusammengeschobenen Zustand sehr durchgesessen, abgenutzt, zu klein und ungemütlich.

Bel hôtel très bien situé par rapport aux transports. Proche du centre ville. Chambre moderne, confortable et propre.
C'est plus une chambre d'hôtel qu'un appart hôtel. Il manque une petite table et un peu d'équipements pour le coin cuisine.

One of the stuff , I think he was the manager in the reception with dark hair about 40-42 years old , she was very Rude

Location was good
Staff at reception are not very friendly or forthcoming, not as helpful as one would've hoped for. They could've gone out of their way a bit more, when there's an issue. Also, luggage room has no key, door isnt locked while luggage is in there, so very unsafe and noone keeps an eye on the cameras when guests come and go. Every hotel I stayed in has a key to the luggage room to make sure it's locked.

The fridge in the room was warmer than room temperature and the staff did nothing about it. Too few kitchen amenities.

Really nice and comfortable hotel, easy to get in and out. Only remark would be regarding the air conditioner, that is not really powerful. Besides that we were extremely satisfied!

Having read all the reviews about the receptionist. We had little to complain about.
We had a few strange experiences regarding towels as we were two customers and on three occasions we had one hand towel. We could had a few more items of cutlery - we improvised.
Clean and ideal location to catch up with our daughter. Good value for money and we may book again in the future. The low level boxing was useful and one side of the bed did not have a bedside unit for a cup of water or somewhere to place you phone.

Walkable to Gesundbrunnen station and the corresponding mall and shops. Very late check-in (2am) was de-facto possible after our flight got delayed by several hours. A 14" laptop fits on the long desk attached to the wall. A tea kettle in the room. No complaints about cleaning at all, bathroom looks good, just like on photos. Well-insulated construction, ok indoor temperature in late November, unless you like to keep the window open for fresh air. 24/7 vending machines are in the lobby, a printer is available at the reception.
Only a single chair and a single closet in the room, not much space overall. I was unable to contact the hotel via phone/email on check-in date evening to tell them about our flight. Breakfast is from 6:30, but only until 10:30. It's rather cold in the bathroom, and there is no heating in the room, AC didn't really work for heating. It gets cold if you want to let in some fresh air from the street, and there is little other ventilation.

the most horrible experience who I have ever had in my life. we wanted to check in in apartment in 4 people and hotel confirm that there is a possibility. we asked them before and after confirmation but they didn’t mention anything about any extra fees. at the end when we came the hotel asked us to pay for 2 people. but before they were ok for the extra guest, the owner asked for additional charges upon arrival, and after a long argument that took 4 hours, we were forced to pay and check in because it was hard to find another place, the place itself was nothing like the description and did not even look like the photos on booking, and was a bad experience in total. THE MANAGER was so rude and even wanted to CALL TO POLICE.
I highly DONT RECOMMEND this place.

I was travelling with my friend, but we only had one towel. The lady in the reception was indifferent.
