A bit far for a walk at the lake. Car needed

Good Equipment, lot of space. Friendly host.

Our host, Valeria has met us at the property as she lives directly above the apartment. The communication was also exceptional via WhatsApp. Our apartment was very spacious with one big bedroom with a double bed and sofa bed with an additional single bed were located in the living room. Exceptionally equipped kitchen was easily accessible. Washing machine, drying rack and iron are also available. Location very close to the Bellagio allowed for a easy commute and visiting other Como cities: Tremezzo, Varenna and Menaggio.

Upon careful consideration there was nothing that we could complain about. Being very picky I can say that to our taste the mattress in the main bedroom was too soft; we like firm ones. But this is our opinion and someone people may disagree. Period.

The house is hugh, comfy and cozy. Valerie and her son are very nice too!

Very clean. Very nice host. Coffee, water, juice and snacks. 7 min to Bellagio - beautiful town with nice scenery , also a beach there. Parking spot on premises. Perfect if you have a car. A place to eat outside.

Sofa in the guestroom was not so comfortable to sleep. But a blanket on a mattress made a sleeping nice. Only 2 EU sockets - others are italian. So better to have a socket adaptor. Though simple phone charger fits to the italian one, but pc adapter is too thick for it.
