It was a perfect location beautiful views from the hut and the hot tub. The hut was so cosy and relaxing. It has everything extra you could possibly need from washing up liquid down to the personal touches of fairy lights we loved our stay. Thank you

Simply fantastic 👏! The location is great for Waltham, Melton, Grantham and continuing further north. Hut has everything for a short stay. Ryeland was super clean and comfy. Warm and welcoming. GREAT to sit, relax, and watch the wildlife around the lake and cattle i the field! Great communication with Gill and entry to hut seamless.

Self catered and lovely to have this autonomy with my partner.
It was wonderful, but could have been made aware of no oven, however we found the experience of cooking without as a couple quite enjoyable.

Beautiful site, very well maintained. Each shepherds hut was built to the highest condition and had the perfect facilities inside. The hot tub was beautiful once at the right temperature.
Couldn’t have asked for much more from a getaway for two.
Hot tub was difficult to get to the right temperature due to it being fire powered. Initially made it far too hot as we must have put too many logs in the wood burner. Would be good to have a guide on this.

Great location, spotless, cosy, well furnished huts, very well maintained grounds, excellent, communicative host ‘Gill’ who could not have been more helpful. I would definitely stay again for a leisure break / longer holiday. Ideal location for a solo traveler / romantic break.
Nothing that I didn’t like really. I’m a big guy, so I’m used to some furniture not fitting me very well. Not Fair Farm’s fault at all.
