The Woodhouse Arms was excellent. The staff were warm and welcoming - and very good with our little girl. The rooms and facilities were good! It was the first night of our holiday and set the tone for the following week, which was relaxed and chilled.

Our room was a bit hot, but the weather has been hitting the high C’s.

This was a fantastic place to break our long journey from NE Scotland to Ipswich. Food was really good and the staff very attentive. Couldn't fault it really.

The room was warm and could have done with a fan in it. But to be fair there was a fan heater for when the weather gets colder.

Such a beautiful place to stay! The staff were all so friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Spotless luxurious rooms, the most fantastic breakfast I've ever had

We had a lovely stay at The Woodhouse Arms. The beds are very, very comfy, the staff are all so nice and the breakfast was delicious. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend.

Staff were polite and welcoming, the room was lovely, spacious and clean. The breakfast was fantastic. We had a really pleasant stay and will be definitely visiting again.

Taxi services were limited and expensive if you needed to visit Irnham for a wedding event.

Breakfast was one of the best we’ve had in a long time. The bed was the comfiest I think I’ve ever slept in. The room was large and of a high standard, perfect for an overnight stay with little touches such as fresh milk and bottled water in the fridge. The food was of a high standard and the staff were very friendly.

The quality of the red wine could’ve been better, and the brown bread - it was a little bland and dry. Otherwise everything was great.

Size of our room (The Lincoln) was good. Bathroom was large. The lady serving breakfast on Saturday 19th March 2022 was lovely! Very professional with a warm welcome. Breakfast was pre-order and didn't dissapoint ~ plenty of choice and good quality.

Location of room to pub entrance was very close which meant smokers gathered outside our room even though the pub signage clearly states No Smoking In this area!

Excellent - just went the extra mile to make us feel welcome. We arrived late in the day and anticipating this, we were telephoned ahead of arrival to see if we would like some sandwiches made before the kitchen closed. This was so warmly received and very much enjoyed. After a warm and comfortable night, breakfast was cooked to order and delicious. The staff were all so warm and friendly and gave us an invaluable parking and coffee shop tip for our forward journey to Lincoln. Thank you for a pleasant stay.

The personal touches and the accommodation was gorgeous and so spacious.

The place was beautiful, accommodation was very luxurious, bed was super comfy, the evening meal and breakfast was superb, all the staff were attentive and extremely pleasant, I would definitely stay again and highly recommend this property. 😁😁😁

The food was spot on the rooms are lovely and clean and very comfortable.

I cannot think of anything that I didn't like we discuss the bath in the disabled bathroom wasn't the correct height this came from someone who has a disabled father.
