Nearly everything. Very comfy room, nicely decorated, quirky furnished. Excellent breakfast. Friendly staff.

There was a smell of sewage - strong in the majn stairwell. Also smelled it in the room bathroom. I suspect an issue in the main sewer pipes, and possibly an issue with the ventilation.

The staff were cheerful and obliging and the location was ideal for my purposes

The room was sold as a deluxe double room. There was no mention of three flights of stairs (no lift) to get to the room. The room floor space was minimal and reminiscent of a childs playroom with a double bed in the middle. The central heating was not operating so it was chilly, although I discovered later that there was an electric heater in the cupboard/wardrobe..

On street room was noisy until late. Parking a little difficult although quite close. No shower which I was unaware of. Not staffed after 5pm. No evening bar or sitting areas etc.
