The structure of apartment, the four beds were weirdly placed.

Smelly water;) But apparently that's just what it is in the area...we get used to it;) I would recommend a big bottle of water to brush your teeth or to boil the kettle. Both hot tubs in the spa room were very nice and roomy. However, some of the functions did not work...ie lights or not all the jets would turn on in black jacuzzi. But overall, we still had great time.

Food was amazing! There was a wide selection of delicious foods for breakfast. Great deserts and mulled wine in the reception area. The hotel is new and very clean. Greatly situated. Good customer service.

Delicious breakfast, spacious and clean rooms, great parking. This is 3rd time that we've spent few days here and would definitely consider visiting it again and recommending it.

Rooms were clean, On Site Restaurant was superb, well worth a visit. Staff super friendly and helpful. Ski lockers for ski equipment kept wet and damp equipment out of the room. Area for kids sledging. Kids activities in evenings.

Location was a little further from the ski lift than advertised. 800m as crow flies but had to get lift to ski resort daily. Hot tubs required booking, only 1 seat in hot tub had jets working

don’t waste your time and money

wifi didn’t work, called few times no one came to check! jacuzzi ? sauna ? nothing works, jacuzzi worked but you have to schedule😂 with slots available once per hour and they offer 11PM, at 11 pm after a day in mountains we wanted to sleep! staff is rude and arrogant, feeling like they make you a favor not their job, absolute waste of time and money!

loud neighbors, no quite time rules and control process, thin walls resulted in 2 sleepless nights. all the rest was quite comfortable

Very good restaurant. The apartment is functional, but with some damaged furniture. Well equipped kitchen, but with worn dishes. Please note that towels are changed every 4 days. Since we visited the sauna every day and there was no way to dry the towels, the staff were responsive and changed them. You have to apply for the sauna a day in advance. One visit 1 hour. It is not possible to extend the time.

Good facilities, comfortable bads, large and clean apartments, and well equipped kitchen.

There was a minor problem with the water at the arrival, but it eas fixed quickly and the staff was very friendly and gave us all the assistance

Fairly new property. Good kithen.

Room service vas poor. Small waste bins were full quickly but nobody came to colect a rubish. Same with towels, not changed even we turn the sign " clean up" on. No space for drying clothes and towels as well. No extra sheets or towels for sauna and jacuzzi as well. Finnish sauna had max. 50 degree temperature.

Location was perfect, lots of grocery shops around, restaurants and so close to the Aquapark! Food in the restaurant at the hotel was delicious and reasonably priced. Staff was really friendly and helpful. Perfect place to stay with a family or friends. We stayed in 1 bed apartment, place was very clean and kitchen was fully equipped. Highly recommend this place.

Big great TV, big windows, cool lights and overall beautiful design, friendly staff.

Room was a bit small, lack of comfortable wardrobe, hair dryer was out of order, lack of cutlery (we had 2 forks in the suite). Ski room isn't that dry, so some equipment might remain wet. Surface of the balcony above was bigger, then the one in our room, which slightly decreases field of view. Out of order spa, which was the only point that justifies high prices :(

That was second time when we stayed in that hotel. Apartment was perfect, clean, nice, comfortable. Very nice staff at the reception and at the restaurant. Despite epidemic related constraints, 2 ladies in the reataurant are doing wonders, so that it is still comfortable for customers to be there. Will visit again for sure when will be in Bialka.

Would be nice to have coffee machine in the room.

The apartment was lovely, modern and clean. A toaster would of been useful. The storage ski room was good.

The breakfast could of been better. I have stayed in a few hotels in Bialka and this wasn't as good. I was quite disappointed with it. The coffee machine kept breaking. We were with a large party and there wasn't anywhere that we could relax except the restaurant.
