Modernes Hotel, Stadtzentrum ist fußläufig zu erreichen, Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war zwar klein, aber für eine Nacht völlig ausreichend und sehr sauber. Es besteht Parkmöglichkeit in der Tiefgarage. Das Frühstücksbüffet war sehr gut und lecker.

Nettes Ambiente und jugendlich modernes Design des Gesamten. Freundliches Personal überall. Gutes Frühstück, sehr gute Betten, Nähe zum Bhf. Dampoort, ruhige Lage am Kanal.

Keine Schränke, Kleidung daher im Koffer unters Doppelbett, das wegen Platzmangel seitlich an der Wand anlehnt. Viel zu wenig Wasserdruck in der Dusche, verursacht zs. mit dem weichen Wasser völlig unnötig Extremverbrauch. Lift funktioniert nur mit Zimmerkarte - aus Angst vor SchwarzfahrerInnen???

El buen ambiente, la atención del personal, especialmente el chico encargado de los desayunos, que fue muy generoso y atento. Está a 20min andando de la catedral.

La habitación algo pequeña, y tiene poco espacio donde dejar las cosas...por lo demás todo bien. Repetiríamos!

Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und es gab eine große Auswahl. Die Lage des Hotels ist ebenfalls gut, die Innenstadt ist in 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Parken kann man im (kostenpflichtigen) Parkhaus unter dem Hotel.

Friendly staff, nice bar and restaurant

Twin room was tiny - there was absolutely no separation between the beds. Also I received over 30 emails asking me to check in, using a broken link and the emails have continued to spam my inbox after the reservation has been completed

Ik vond het leuk dat ze aan heel veel dingen gedacht hebben, van snacks, tot kleine dingetjes die je zou kunnen vergeten hebben, entertainment zoals fitness, kickertafel, heel leuk ook hun eigen pizza restaurantje... t is een leuk hotel

Ik heb eigenlijk geen klachten, misschien zou een kleine frigo wel handig zijn

Ein wirklich gutes Ibis Hotel. Sauber in allen Ecken, einfach in der Ausstattung, jedoch alles chick modern. Das Hotel glänzt vor allem durch sein äußerst freundliches, professionelles Personal. Es herrscht eine ruhige, gelöste Stimmung im gesamten Foyer, wo wir unseren Abend nach dem tollen Tag in Gent und dem Lichtfestival ausklingen lassen haben.

Alles, vriendelijke medewerkers, fin. onthaal, veel faciliteiten, dicht aan het station en het centrum. Zeer proper.

Er waren te weinig halen om haken iets omhoog te hangen, geen kast. Zelfs niet in de badkamer, ook geen tablet om gerief op te zetten aan de lavabo.

The bathroom was spacious. The room was clean. The bar was ok.

The towels weren't clean. The bed wasn't comfortable whether the double bed or the sofa bed in the triple room. The restaurant food wasn't nice. No minibar inside the room. The location of the hotel was a bit far from the centrum.

New facilities and friendly helpful staff. . really appreciated having the car park attached and the restaurant and bar. Great family room and comfortable beds. Easy 15-20 min walk to city centre. Thanks for a great stay.

Our shower didn't drain well so it came close to flooding to main bedroom floor.
