The location of the hotel is in the centre of Brickfields (Little India) and there are plenty of restaurants in walking distance. Plus train stations are nearby.

There was no window in the room and no air circulation. On the first night the electricity cut out causing the A/C to stop and quickly making the small room almost unbearable. Breathing was hard. When questioning the front desk staff, they said it was being fixed but there was no other electric outage on the street, only affecting this building. There was no apology or compensation, and no clear cause or fix. The walls are thin and you can hear everything your neighbours are talking about. Bed is not comfortable. But worst of all is the pre-arrival service. I asked the hotel on booking.com where I could park my car (their property is listed with "parking"), but they could not give me a straight answer. It was painful! I expressed my frustration to them, and they didn't really care. The simple answer is there is a parking lot in the basement HOWEVER it's RM15/day (calendar day, not 24 hour period) and the automated payment machine only accepts RM1 notes. You can imagine after 3 days, making RM45 payment with 45 notes is near impossible. I drove around to find another outdoor parking lot about 5 mins away which was RM20/day. If the hotel could just understand what it's like being a customer visiting the area for the first time, they could really improve the experience. This was one of my most frustrating experiences with a hotel by far.

If you want a great value hotel that is right next to the central station, this place is your best bet. Nice staff and a 24 hour front desk make it super easy to come and go. There is also 24 hour food and shopping right across the street. Very quiet too, especially for the location.

The aircond - takes awhile to cool. Had one night black out - i don't bother to call the front desk. It must have been few hours. Am okay with it though.

Internet connection slow at middle room. Didnot give new shower gel and shampoo everyday, need to request only they give.

Great location just a few minutes walk from KL Sentral, many restaurants and shops nearby. The room was small but clean. The aircon worked well. The mini fridge in the room was a bonus. The staff was friendly.

The towels were old and frayed and the bedsheet too small for the bed. The walls were quite thin and on the last day of our stay we were able to hear a noisy family next door.

Exactly what I needed for an overnight stay.

No WiFi for one night

Location is very near to KL SENTRAL. Receptionist lady very helpful.Good hotel for solo travelers.

Rooms are very small not shown as in pictures. I requested to room upgrade from triple deluxe room to family they charged very high amount. Those traveling with family I do recommend to go for family room.

Very nice and close to train station.

They charge me extra taxes at the property when the booking price was supposed to include taxes and charges. Fair price anyways. A bit noisy due to night clubs nearby.

Didn't top up the toilet roll . Request from the reception counter staff, but still didn't provide the toilet roll. I have to buy from the convenience store.

THE ROOM IS GOOD, THE LOCATION IS STRATEGY AND THE HOTEL IS CLEAN.

Access to the hotel is very easy by trains and buses. It is close to KL Sentral, which makes it convenient if you want to use public transportation. There are affordable restaurants around the hotel.

This is our fourth time staying at CITI Hotel @ KL Sentral (maybe last time stay here). We rented a family room and traveling with our children. The room partitions are very thin, and we could hear the neighbor television from room clearly. Even we could hearing "intimate intercourse" from the neighboring room, which was very uncomfortable and inappropriate. I felt very embarrassed with my children that night. If you are take family traveling, please think again to stay in this Hotel.

In the photo shows the room quite impressive but when checked in is totally unacceptable..

At night cannot sleep so much noise & people is knocking every where 😞😞

We stayed here for 3 nights and I really feel comfortable staying here. The hotel is extremely close to the train station and the mall, which made our travel easier. Friendly and cheerful staff. I am satisfied with what is here. We will be back soon in the future

I think you should invest more in towels, that will make the hotel even more wonderful
