We paid $2300 and The apartment is advertised for 8 guests & 2 guests had to sleep on blow up mattress not good enough, photos were not realistic with a few pre existing damages to the apartment which we emailed u upon arrival - definitely not returning or recommending your apartment to family & friends

views from both sides of the apartment were amazing

there was a Karen neighbour living next door. we played very low music at 4PM just sitting on the table and got a noise complaint. Next day the 4 of us were just sitting on the balcony talking and 3 security guards knocked on our door for yet another noise complaint, we even asked them to come in right away to see that were just sitting talking with no music because that Karen neighbour would complain again. We respect our neighbours especially if it’s after 8PM not to have any music. but this Karen neighbour honestly was the biggest killer of our stay. we were out all day for most of our stay because we had a festival. also meeting several other people in the elevator saying they pump there music all night til 7AM and it sometimes even woke us up but we didn’t mind and make a big deal. whoever stays in this apartment next might not enjoy it as much since your not even allowed to just chat with your friends out on the balcony and have little music playing on a phone and not even a speaker. absolutely ridiculous. other then that everything else was good about the apartment.

The view was stunning! Plenty of room for everyone to feel comfortable and have their own space. Beds were very comfy. Great spa. Lift service was pretty good, except on check out day of course! We loved our stay

The only down side was only having 2 sets of keys. This proved quite tricky on occasions when people headed out in different directions. One set had to stay in to keep most lights on as well. For the number of people that the are able to stay over, at least 1 extra set of keys should be provided . Also, we we unaware that beach towels weren't provided.

Beds really hard and pillow very low makes uncomfortable to sleep,also resident above us was drunk keep screaming on us all the time on the balcony, swearing on us very rude even security was involved, make our holiday miserable.

Aparment great, perfect view to the whole city and beach, grat location, close to everything, happy to come again in a same hotel but diferent apartment even more higher.

The apartment was very nice and look a lot like the photos. Beds were comfy, the place was very clean, view was beautiful. Just an overall really nice place!

For such a big place with so many people to fit the outdoor table was a little smaller then we’d liked

they didn’t refund our bond. we didn’t use a washroom as it was locked and still they are saying u smoked in that washroom and burn the bath tub. they are now refusing to give bond back.
