Marc's house was a great find for us. 4 big bedrooms and a full kitchen allowed our big extended family to enjoy a great week together right on Camelback mountain. Easily walkable to the ski on slope. I look forward to staying there again.

Great property for our mixed party of adults and kids. Check-in process was easy and Marc was really accessible throughout. A short walk from the slopes but overall great place and we would stay here again.

It's a decent place, not crazy about how the beds are set up. Beds were very uncomfortable. Unit needs updating, cleaning crew not that great. The location was good and definitely not as many steps as most other units. Overall, we had a good time.

Our family’s holiday vacation at this property was extremely welcoming, comfortable, clean, & easy. It provided everything we desired in a property to enjoy a holiday away from home, including an informative, accessible, & gracious host. In addition, it’s next to the Camelback resort making for short travel to activities. Wonderful place & host!

We gathered together as family among 3 different states. There were 10 total varying in range from 2-70. The different levels and bedrooms allowed for some privacy which was nice and the kitchen/living room allowed us all to be together to play games/eat. Would recommend this home.

We vacationed here with our family of 9 adults and 2 kids, and we felt the house had ample space for all of us. The views from the balcony are beautiful, and it was well situated near lots of local attractions. Marc was very kind and responsive. Overall, the house could use some love. Upon arrival, one of the toilet seats was up and urine was in the toilet bowl (this was apparently left by a repairman, but made us feel unsure about the level of cleaning the unit received before our arrival). The other big issue was a lack of hot water for our first day- we checked in on a Friday and a repairman didn’t come to fix it until Saturday afternoon- for lots of travel and hot summer days, the lack of hot water for showering was inconvenient. Lastly, lots of small things in the house were broken- the washing machine, the curtain rod in the living room, the towel rack in the upstairs bathroom, the fan in the upstairs bedroom (which meant the loft bedroom was 81 degrees for most of the stay), the extending piece of the kitchen table, broken foot of the sofa, and a shelf in the fridge. Perhaps these issues were due to our visit being during the slow season (it definitely seems more geared towards winter/skiing), but the home could just use a good once-over for future guests.

Our stay was amazing, the property owner is just amazing, he answered all our question. This place is quiet, clean with tons of activities to do, in and around the area. Our Family had such a pleasant stay that we will try to book again in the near future. You wont be disappointed in any way!

We loved spending our weekend at this beautiful house in Poconos, perfectly located near all activities and hikes. It was perfectly cozy for our family and friends who accompanied us. Especially, Mark was so accommodating and always reachable. Highly recommended!

We had a great time at this place. The owner, Marc, was very helpful and easy to contact. The house is in a good location only a short walk to the slopes. The house was cozy and comfortable and had more than enough space for 9 people including kids.

We had a great time. Take the time figure out where you ski off. It is a short walk back to the condo you just want to make sure you get off at the right spot. There was plenty of room for everyone. The condo was stocked with amenities like toilet paper, soap, detergent, cleaning supplies etc. which made things easier. Marc is a great host, he called ahead of time to give me some tips and was responsive during my stay.

We all had a great time. Walking to the ski slopes is very easy, even with 4 children. All had a nice time at the indoor water park. Hose was clean and ready for our arrival. Host responded quickly to any questions and was very helpful.

Nice and cozy

This was nice. Bring firewood and kindling. The wood-burning stove/fireplace is nice. The beds and bedding were very comfortable. The only thing wrong was that the temperature upon arrival was 55, a bit cold for our infant granddaughter. Otherwise, very nice place. Camelback is really close and really fun.

My family and I stood in this home for a weekend and we loved it. In total we were 4 adults and 8 kids ranging ages 8 to 17. There was plenty of beds for each. The place was clean and had everything you would need. The owner was excellent communicating and very informative. I would definitely rent again.

Very spacious and felt like a “home.” There was plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. Marc provided helpful tips and tricks for dining, the waterparks, and things to do in the area. He was very friendly and reponded quickly when I had questions prior to booking and during the booking process. We look forward to visiting again.

This was perfect for a low key bachelorette weekend. We visited different restaurants and a local winery. We ziplined and had a lot of fun at the water park. The rental was perfect- very comfortable and the perfect place to celebrate together.

Overall the property was nice for multiple families to be able to get away from each other and have down time. We felt as if the property could use a little updating— living room furniture was very well loved the area rug has seen better days and the vacuum barely worked. None of which affected our time there. The owner was super responsive when we reached out with questions. We had a fun family friendly weekend, would rent afsinS

Great communication, excellent location and lots of space throughout the house. Liked everything about the house except would have lived smart TVs so that kids could watch Netflix.

We enjoyed our second visit as much as the first. We lucked out that a snow storm rolled in just after we arrived and we ended up with fresh powder! The house was everything we needed for our family and friends weekend. Marc is a great host, very accommodating and responsive. Hope we will be here again next year!

We had a great time staying at Marc's place! Marc is a great host and was consistently willing to answer questions and chat with me about questions I had regarding the house and the resort. We have been to Camelback before but this condo met our needs more than others we stayed in. We had three family units (5 person, 4 person and 2 person) and we were able to accommodate the kids and adults comfortably in the house. There is a little walk from the slopes to the condo which was a little farther than we had done in the past so it was an adjustment but isn't far by any means. The kids complained that the bunk room mattresses were uncomfortable but that is the only complaint we had! We picked the rainy day for Aquatopia and spent the whole day there! Such a nice option for non-ski days. We had decent conditions and great fun! Definitly recommend staying here!

Great condo located within easy walking distance to the slopes. Plenty of room for everyone. Nice walk out basement for storing ski equipment.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the condo had everything we needed and there was plenty of space for 2 families to share. The owners were very involved, kind, and quick to respond to the minor issues we had. We would highly recommend!
