The bed was very hard The first room I stayed in had a broken soap dispenser in the shower which I hurt my elbow on. Curtains didn’t block light out Second room much nicer, it was a spa room but the spa wasn’t working no extra blankets so was pretty cold and a very hard bed And asking for a 5 star review for a free can coke not professional

There were cobwebs all over the picture that was hanging up, the couch had wear marks over it, the curtains weren’t install properly, there were marks all over the walls where they have repaired holes but haven’t painted them

The accommodation was totally over rated. The room and bathroom were clean, however to call the facilities comfortable would be not true! Totally overpriced

Location was OK because it had no competition. Airconditioner/heating was effective.

Very dated. In need of repair - some patch up painting but not completed. Bed lamps have been removed and power disconnected. At night the motel sign is not illuminated and the motel cannot be spotted from the road. In poor lighting at night, I tripped and fell entering the motel room door and badly bruised my arm, The room had numerous dangerous obstacles which could easily cause injury. No radio. No clock. Breakfast was not offered. Bath towels were short and poor quality. Check-in was designed to take payment and provide room card. No friendly customer service. Noise from other units and traffic.

No cutlery or plates or bowls but there was a toaster in the room. Shower door wouldn’t close and soap holder was broken, hairdryer mounted to the wall wouldn’t turn on but we went to reception and they gave us one to use, we had to program in the tv. Couldn’t find the wifi to connect to although password was given. Rooms should be thoroughly checked before guests stay especially when I booked in March.

The position is very close to our family that we visit. The shower pressure is good. Room clean.

The whole place has gone downhill since last we stayed we had heater in our room heating the top of the wardrobe curtains that didn't close properly toilet that looks like it has Beeb running for ages and not fixed.thank goodness we knew where to turn at night as there was no lighting on to indicate motel.there was very poor lighting outside.laundry had cobwebs and empty washing bottles over flowing in bin.very disappointed won't be staying again not the comfort inn you expect

I did not like anything about the property

My son and I were booked in for 5 days to see the F1. When we arrived there were 3 parking bays full of old furniture. I thought I was in a third world country. The room stunk and we had to buy air freshener. The airconditioner did not work. Repairs to the room wall looked as though a 12 year old had done it. We were not advised that road works were being done that night and at 10pm a cement saw was operating until 1.30am , not the owner’s fault however we should have been advised. We booked out the next morning with no refund. I would rather sleep in a park than go back to that place. I put my score at 1 only because there was not a lower score.

I liked that there was a large spa bath in the actual room, and they gave you enough towels for both shower and spa. Bed was comfy and didn't hear much from neighbours

The spa was sunken and was difficult to get in and out but was awesome and deep

nothing except I thought the brand would mean the property would be good

The staff at reception never informed me of the construction work that would occur at night time on the road. They never advertised anywhere to inform travellers very very poor. Not only that he refused to refund leaving me to go to the bank to reverse the credit card charge.

The location was great, Staff were friendly and helpful.

The air conditioner didn't work properly, and the curtains weren't big enough.
