Le calme et le côté reposant
La nourriture délicieuse
Le service côté restaurant était un peu « speed », la beauté du lieu donnant envie de profiter de manière plus « cool »

Superb service by all the staff. Room was comfortable and clean, food was amazing and wine superb. The location is very nice with views on the Etna and countryside. Extremely satisfied and glad we tried this property out. Will definitely stay again.
None. Everything was perfect. Kids enjoyed it as well.

Amazing surroundings and building. If you want get away from the cities for a bit and be surrounded by vineyards and an amazing view of Etna, this is the place. The hotel makes its own - excellent! - wine and has a restaurant which was great after our long day of driving.
Two of the staff were really not fit for their job: they only looked on their phone and ignored the hotel guests except for the Italian couple. Luckily the other waiters were friendly and professional.
The restaurant could use some restyling: the layout and choice of light & tables/chairs made it seem like we were in a waiting room for something. Really a missed opportunity.

The setting is gorgeous - in the heart of a small vineyard with a view of Mt Etna outside of Randazzo. The restaurant was very good, the wine excellent, and the staff welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was excellent. The room, while very basic, was comfortable and very clean. Note that there is not much of a common area or lobby to hang out in if the weather isn't good, but as it was excellent while we were there we enjoyed both the terrace and pool area.
The rooms are a bit spartan and minimalist.

Nothing. It was perfect.

Beautiful location, excellent pool and the best breakfast. The staff were incredibly kind - and it was so quiet and peaceful to be here.

Feudo Vagliasindi was amazing. A good place to stay for discovering Etna. Fantastic food on a beautiful terrace. Nice ang helpful staff. Amazing views. The 4-bedded room was spacious enough for 2 adults and 2 very tall teenagers. Nice pool and garden. Beautiful house.
The winetasting was more of a guided tour in the old winery ended with 3 different wines and amazing lokal foods. You needed to do the analyze of the wine yourself.

Beautiful setting in the Etna wine country. Loved dining on the terrace for meals and visiting the wine cellar. Breakfasts and dinner were delicious and plentiful. The two young people who work there are extrememly hard working and attempt to take care of everything and make sure all is well with your visit. Loved having the swimming pool to cool off in.
With all of the great raves about the owners, I was surprised how unfriendly there actaully were. When we checked in, the one guy barely looked up the entire time. The other brother seemed very preoccupied and other than giving a tour of the wine cellar, didn't really seem to care about his guests.

excellent and comfort agricultural property. beautifully renovated and lovely and efficient staff. good service and enjoyable breakfast. We even enjoyed a special tour at the 200 years old winery.

The location is magical. The Baglio has a nice pool and other facilities (e.g. table tennis table). The room was comfortable.
The restaurant was really poor. The breakfast was unacceptable given the price. Stale bread, a random bowl of half-rotten fruit. You'd be much, much better off going to a local bakery or supermarket. We also ate at the restaurant for dinner and the pasta dishes were bland and overpriced (the homemade wine, however, was pretty good!).

Gorgeous and peaceful historical estate and winery with a terrace that looks right onto Mt Etna. Rasel and Paolo were amazing and generous hosts and every detail of our stay was perfect. Had some great conversations with each as well. Make sure to ask Paolo for a tour of the old wine cellar. Stellar! Grazie!

Restaurant on site. Wine. Beautiful scene.

Very nice setting with a great view of Etna and a beautiful terrace for breakfast and dinner.
The service and the overall experience stayed below our expectations. When we checked in the owner pretty much handed us the keys before running off and failed to give us the feeling that we were welcome. (If he didn't have time he could have offered us a welcome drink and we would have been happy to wait a little.) We had to figure out ourselves that we needed to carry up our luggage 2 floors to our room (the room was basic but clean). We stayed at a winery because we thought we could learn a bit more about Sicilian wine but the winery program only consisted of a short tour to the old (empty) cellar, which we appreciated. The dinner served in the restaurant was mediocre, there are much better options with similar prices in the area. Overall a lost opportunity - the place could be outstanding with a better service.

Most amazing property...just fantastic on the north side of Etna. Definitely recommend it. Get the owner to give you a tour of his wine cellar - he will tell you how wine was made on Sicily in the old days. Away from the normal tourist trail, but absolutely worth staying at. Just beautiful.
Pool could have been a bit warmer :-)

Exceptional food and service, and an absolutely stunning view of the Etna. The property is beautiful, surrounded by vines and olive trees and, moreover, has a lovely outdoor swimming pool. The service was absolutely great, we got everything we asked for and it was always delivered with a smile. The properly also make their own wine and olive oil and I'd highly recommend the wine tasting experience they offer.
The only issue was the room Air Conditioning which wasn't cooling enough during the night. Other than this, no other issues to report.
