Upon arrival, the security guard greeted and assisted us until we got to our room since I have a 4-year-old kid with me and had a little bit too much with me. We were able to check in an hour early than our check-in time which was really helpful because we stayed there mainly for work. The housekeeper tended to us quite impeccably. However, the concierges though were helpful, I feel like they didn't really want to answer my queries. Also, even though we brought our own hygiene kit, there weren't any in our room.

What they could improve in our room probably is the menu. There weren't any in our room unlike with the other hotels we stayed at so, we just opted out ordering at Food Pandas instead of inside the hotel.

The location is far from everything except the port and a mall. My AC was noisy. So I turned it off.
