When I entered the room, there was already cockroaches. The AC was dripping the following morning and i saw more cockroaches on the bedside table and bathroom.

It was clean & the location was great since it's located beside the mall.

I liked how accommodating the staff were, they even let us use the computer in the lobby which I appreciate a lot because I had an emergency at work during my stay.

There were bugs in my room! A lot of them! Fortunately they did not make their way to my bed! I stayed on the 5th floor this time. Not a good idea for my next visit. I never had this problem when I stayed on the 4th floor. I advised the person at the desk of this. She replied she would pass this information on to the necessary personnel. I do not know whether she did or not!

Location

There was cockroach in the room, the bidet holder is broken and the battery for the AC is not working anymore so I had to replace it using the battery from the TV remote.

The food the staff and the room

No toothbrush. But overall i can still say the hotel services and the facilities were all great.Definitely going to visit this hotel again. I am not looking for perfection but i am so happy for Go Hotels keep uo the good work.

The reception people, the guard, all of the staff were great. Helpful, courteous, and always assisted with requests in great speed. :) Salamat po.

There were cockroaches and other insects in my room. I killed about four. :(

Good wifi connection

From all the Go Hotels we stayed all over PH, Iloilo Go Hotels really disappoint us this time. The room we were assigned has cockroaches. We only stayed for few days so we did not bother to change room anymore. I have stayed in this hotel before but had a better room, this time the room we were assigned was not good. Lots of cockroaches.

I liked that the staff were courteous and helpful. The hotel is accessible to everything, and the rate is not expensive. 

The bathroom - there were small cockroaches, a small trash bin, the sink clogged (even after we lifted the metal that covered the hole to drain, it took us a while), and it was not tidy enough. The bed - 2 pillow sheets have blood droplets, which shook us, but we just put them on the side. Bedside table on the left: - small cockroaches were crawling. Cable tv - most of the time, it loses its signal.

Floors need good mopping. weak internet, condensation from aircon unit was dripping on the floor.
