What a wonderful experience. From a personal, private airport shuttle to and from Fiumicino to a comfortable bed and room with air conditioning, it was all we needed for a night before a return trip home. There are great restaurants in walking distance from the house: we loved Cacio e Pepe (and they take late dinner walk ins). Thank you for a lovely stay!

As other reviewers mention, I chose this property because I was transiting via FCO airport and I had a very early departure and so wanted to stay near the airport. for this purpose, this location is excellent. It is only a few minutes drive from the airport and the lovely hosts provide a transfer service at all hours! The room itself is adequate. An added benefit is that the property is only a few minutes walk to the mouth of the Tiber river, so anyone interested in Roman history can get a glimpse of their famous river from a vantage point not usually taken. There is a very nice restaurant on the bank of the Tiber.

The shower’s temperature was a bit quirky. Couldn’t get a stable temperature.

The host went beyond to help us with airport transfer in the middle of the night. Mary- Jo the host was very friendly and very helpful, she gave us tips and information about touring Rome. Communication was very efficient and much appreciated. The guest house is clean and comfortable. We will definitely stay here again. I highly recommend the guest house.

Mary Jo and Lorenzo were very welcoming and helpful. everything was available in the house. Lorenzo and Mary Jo gave us a lift from and to the airport for minimum price.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. we were given a lift to a nearby place for lunch. The property is close to the airport- so it was very convenient for us. We even got a lift to the airport early the next morning.

The host Mary Jo was wonderful. She picked me up from airport and took me to airport, and even to city center to eat. Very nice lady. Rooms were clean and spacious. Internet and air conditioning worked well. Will stay here on my next trip.

We received a room with an external bathroom, although on the website there was no mention about this. This was a very unpleasant experience, since we had to pass through the common space and the kitchen to reach it. The cleanliness was poor. We certainly will not come again.

I loved the hosts! We’re so kind and helpful to me and my partner. Traditional coffee and breakfast to help ourselves too as well!

Friendly staff, the offer to water and coffee. The room has a good size. the air-conditioner was very welcoming. Kitchen has all we needed. but doing the dishes was a bit awkward with the cabinet just in your face. The extra taxi-facility was greatly appreciated.

the matrasses were of poor quality. To reach the bathroom, one need to traverse the common (dining)room. TV was not important but it was available. However on the small side, approximately 21" given the size of the room.

This was a surprise find, we needed one night near the Rome airport and found the hosts extremely helpful! The place was peaceful, the room was neat and clean and the inexpensive airport transfer was a special bonus!

Easy contact, everything smooth. Lorenzo the host was amazing. He picked us up from the airport in the middle of the night, and the next day even offered to drive us to Rome.

Air con, wifi, spacious room, balcony, fridge in the kitchen taht we could use. Free parking, Beach 10 (poorer bearch) or 40 (absolutely great beach in Zingarini) min by car. Hosts were really nice and friendly and we prolonged our stay to4 days. Good restaurants approx 10 minutes away, small animal sheltesr/zoo 20 minutes away, children palygroudn 10 minutes away by car. Stay was in a quiet suburban location.

It was a nice quaint place. Clean not too much around. But great place for stopover. I would use again. Very accommodating when arrived early.

Not much around to go walking.
