I liked the location, the people at the reception were really nice and helpful.

the bathroom facilities and cleaning could probably be better. And the wifi was terrible.

6th floor without lift,poor internet...what a waste of money!

The location, it was near the train station. There was a receptionist who could speak different languages, he was very helpful.

There were stains in the bed sheets. We are a family of 5 that were divided into 2 rooms, and both had stains in the bed sheets. There were pigeon droppings (poop) everywhere. In the entrance you could already see it. One of the rooms had a balcony and the other was a normal window, both had pigeon droppings. We payed a reasonable price to have a decent room. 1 was okay (the balcony with a lot of pigeon droppings) but the other one was like a storage room, they said it was on renovation. It was cold, the heater was not working properly. Overall, we felt uncomfortable.

i arrived and on good morning there was a little confusion with the payment. the happiest hotel team rose to the occasion. the hotel may be quite old, the rooms are modest but clean. plus the best price in this location.

Good price, location, and very good accommodating staff. If you are looking for a nice friendly place close to Bercy Station, this is the spot.

The bathrooms need work, but even that is not a big issue if you aren't going to use it excessively.

The room has a wonderful balcony view and the hotel is at the center of the city. The staff is wonderful and very helpful. would totally recommend it.

Very centrally located

No lift so have to climb up steps. Extremely run down, filthy and in desperate need of decoration. Proprietor OK but won't get out of the way to assist. No security. No way to get food and/or beverage anywhere. Forget about perks in the room, all you get is a towel and a soap bar. One plug near the floor to serve all room. Forget about bed side tables or wardrobe.

it's not a very nice hotel, its like a hospice. And quite expensive for what it is. I've wouldn't go by myself.
