Sono stato stanotte ospite nella cream room insieme alla mia fidanzata, atterrata da un volo all'aeroporto di Fiumicino (7 minuti di distanza dal posto) Camere eccezionali con allestimento romantico, luci bellissime e soprattutto Vasca Idromassaggio veramente eccezionale. Comodissimo il check-in da remoto e gentilezza dell’host veramente impeccabile. Ci é stata data anche una bottiglia di spumante con torrone e panettone in omaggio, oltre all’abbondante colazione già preparata per il giorno dopo. Consiglio a tutti questo magnifico posto, 5 STELLE piene.

Location near the airport only 15 minutes

I reserved two rooms for my family and was surprised to find a third room occupied by someone we didn't know, sharing the kitchen and living room with us. I expressed our concerns about privacy to the owner, but unfortunately, he seemed uninterested in assisting us or offering alternative solutions. Additionally, communication with the owner was challenging, as he took a long time to reply on WhatsApp, and meeting him in person required booking an appointment. I found this to be highly inconvenient and am quite disappointed with the experience. We were expecting privacy and better customer service during our stay.

I needed a place to stay for a layover flight. the management made sure I had a taxi take me to the airport at 5am as I requested.

Very safe place to stay. We enjoyed the snacks provided. My wife loved using the sauna tub. I am especially appreciative of the host setting us up with a taxi for an early morning flight out of FCO. His name was Marco and arrived early and he was reasonablably priced. We only stayed one night b/c we had a lay over. We walked to a local restaurant Lady Rose da Franca nearby and their 4 course fish plate was outstanding in taste and exceptionally reasonable. Thank you so much, MG

This hotel does not appear to be in a heavy tourist area. Most people didn't speak English. I would have liked to have known where to get off as we initially took the bus from FCO to fiumicino but we got lost and had to call a taxi. I learned if you don't know your way around or understand Italian get a taxi.

Very clean, late arrival possible.

No airport shuttle, taxi charges area rate of 40 EUR from the airport (~8 km). Can hear your neighbours watch movies all night. No real breakfast, only packed sweets or cereals without milk.

If you are flying from Fiumicino and have a rented car this is perfect for a last night.
