I really likes how the hotel was near everything. 4 minutes walk away from a commercial building with restaurants. The staff were also very kind and attentive. The breakfast was also great. I would recommend my friends to stay here when they go to Legazpi.

Wonderful little hotel, friendly staff, fairly central but quiet, value for money with a delightful breakfast buffet inclusive. I will be staying again on my transit through Legazpi. Thank you to all the wonderful staff.

Overall, During our stay my expectations were exceeded. It was very excellent when we were accommodated by Mr. Sammer. He's very soft spoken and a good communicator. Lastly, their staff was very trustworthy when my fiancè left his pants in our room, called them up after 2 days to inform them that he left it. The front desk informed us that it was returned by housekeeping and kept them in a safe place. So, I would like to give them a 5 Stars for a job well done.

The internet was a bit slow and wasn't reached in our room maybe because of the area. Hope you'll have another net that can be reached in any area of the room.

-The staffs are accommodating and polite. -The room, specially the restroom are clean. No funky smell, no molds which is a plus to us. -Complete amenities. Enough sized table which allowed us to work. Water dispenser is available in the designated area.. -Walking distance to food establishments such as diners, convenience store and grocery store.

-Weak wifi signal inside the room. We were able to work though using our mobile data.

Breakfast is not good

The breakfast buffet can still be improved in our opinion. There are not much options for foreign people who don’t eat rice as breakfast. For example, bread can be one of the staple food during breakfast.

Great breakfast and very accommodating service. The location is also optimal to roam the city, especially if you're not afraid to use a jeepney as it's just neae Rizal ave - Cagsawan one way, SM the other.

The staff were really friendly, going above and beyond to welcome the guests. Clean room, good space and value for money.

There's no lift, my aunt is quite frail so it took her a while to go up and down. Breakfast was cold. Food were placed in baine maries but no heating.
