The rooms we booked were originally far from each other, like buildings away. So I appreciated it that we were placed adjacent to each other. I liked the staff and how helpful she was, especially when I asked for an electric kettle to be used in disinfecting the feeding bottles of my child. Netflix was signed in. The design of the triple room was a new experience to all of us. The kids enjoyed going up and down the upper bunk.

I didnt want for us to eat in the rooms, as it would create litter and food smell. However, there was no common area to eat, esp for a group such as ours. There was a restaurant, but if you use it, then you will feel compelled and have to order something. In the end, we had our breakfasts there. There was very limited wall sockets to plug in our devices. You need to be in bed to use it. So if you were to work on the wall-table, it needs to be unwired or usibg batteries. It was unsafe for us when I boiled water to disinfect the feeding bottles as I need to safely move the hotwater from the socket to were I will be preparing food for the baby. Guests need to ask for things they may need BEFORE the kitchen/reception closes; otherwise, you'll have it on the next day.

We spent 3 nights here on family vacation and I must say that everything was good. The location of the hotel is quite close to SM Legazpi and the famous carinderia in town, which is called JOLLIKOD (SA LIKOD NG JOLLIBEE) Fast internet, cable TV, complete bath towels, and may toilet paper also. Mabilis lumamig yung AC. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others having a vacation, business trip, etc.

The receptionist is not accommodating not even a single greeting from her, funny she even shouted at us to close the main gate while we are leaving. The towels and blankets smell terrible! Like haven’t been washed. The water in the washroom is brownish. Too hot in the room. No space for proper parking.

At least the cost is right for the space provided
