The Penthouse had the most amazing views and several decks to gather on. It was clean and the building was very secure. The condo was exactly as described and we had a great time would definitely stay there again

My group enjoyed the condo, property, and location. A couple of small inconveniences were quickly addressed by the property manager. Communication was excellent. We can't wait to come back and see the new outdoor pool.

This property was wonderful. Lots of unexpected areas both inside and out that made for great congregating. The property concierge was very helpful and responsive and location is great with plenty to walk to. Would definitely reserve again.

We were all so impressed with the beauty of the Penthouse Suit and how well it was decorated and well kept!! My family and I really enjoyed the costumer service on the property as well. Everything was top notch.

A gorgeous place to stay. Views from the apartment were fantastic. The cliffs as a whole has been rebuilt very nice since Irma. Grounds well kept and lobby restaurant very good! Any issues that came up during our one week stay were promptly addressed. Would definitely come back.

The property was beautiful and the view was outstanding, but it stops there. This unit needs major maintenance. We had so many problems that we stopped calling because it was to no avail. For one the airconditioning was non existant. You could not get it lower than 73. They had some shut off on it. In 85 degree weather that is not acceptable. At night we think it was shut off completely. The bedrooms were like a sauna!! When we first arrived in the master bathroom we noticed that you could not shut the shower door, and that the water was ice cold. The toilet paper was sitting on the floor, there was not toilet roll holder. The towels you had to lay on the floor because there was no towel bar!! They did fix that by the second day. The lights on the mirror only half worked, and the toilet flush did not work all the time. In the upstairs bathroom the shower had flickering lights and was not fixed for 3 days because the manager had to get permission from the owner to change the bulbs. In the master bathroom the water pressure in the shower was vey poor. We had to take fast showers and stand directly under the head to get the water. In the upstairs bedroom the electrical plugs did not work by the bed and they could not fix it. The downstairs bathroom flooded so bad after a shower it went all the way into the bedroom. It was obvious this happened before in the 2 bathrooms because both doors were warped so bad that you could not shut them. All doors squeaked. In one of the bedrooms the air conditioning did not work at all for 4 days. The building is poorly maintained. The elevator broke 2 times and we had to walk up and down 11 flights of stairs. One time carrying our luggage. Twice the water system broke and we had no water for several hours. On Monday the building shut down the air conditioning all together and never told us. The unit went to 86 degrees. This unit was definitely not maintained well, the curtains were dirty along the bottom, floors were very dirty. The chair in the upstairs sitting room was dirty. All in all the unit needed a good cleaning. We definitely would not go back!!

Beautiful, spacious unit with plenty of space and well equipped for our party of 8 + 2 kids. Close to Mullet Beach, restaurants, stores. Property Manager was responsive and helpful. A couple of maintenance issues but nothing that negatively impacted the trip.

What a great time we had for my husband's birthday. The penthouse is beautiful and very spacious. Plenty of room for our party of 8 to spread out. The property is lovely and our concierge Gwen couldn't have been more helpful. Highly recommend staying here!

Spectacular penthouse and location! I don't think you can find another penthouse like that in St Maarten. What you see in the photos is what you enjoy upon arrival, only better. We took our extended family of 10 on vacation. Everyone loved this property, its amenities, the private setting on the second floor, the beach in front and stunning sunsets.There are ocean or lagoon views from every room. Mullet beach is just a few steps away. The location is really convenient. There are plenty of private spaces as well as room for the whole family to hang out or eat together. You can sleep to the meditative sounds of ocean waves or opt for quiet air conditioning. The kitchen was well stocked. There was a big basket with snacks on the counter and drinks in the fridge when we arrived. We enjoyed delicious dinner at Blue Fin in front. This is a first class experience that is worth every penny!!

This penthouse is more amazing than pictures can capture. It is very well done in layout, and also decor. There was a lot of very nice features that we liked about the property. Location is amazing, and was beautiful at sunset. There was way too many things to list that we liked about our stay. It was a spacious home, and everyone we had with us loved it. I would definitely recommend and/or stay here again!!! Definitely worth the money.

This penthouse was the perfect getaway for our extended family of 9 in the perfect location of Cupecoy. The property looked exactly as the pictures, if not better. John, the manager couldn't have been more responsive and accommodating throughout the reservation and arrival process. The beautiful views from both balconies in front will forever remain treasured memories with the family. Located 2 minutes from Maho provided the perfect location to experience the local restaurants and shops. I would highly recommend this property to anyone and everyone and will definitely try to book this property for every return to the island.

Family of 10 (with 2 small children) stayed comfortably in this spacious penthouse. The ocean view was astounding from the property with the beach just right in front. The condo is nicely equipped with everything you need for an ultimate beach vacation. No one in our party had any complaints about the condo and were all sad when we had to leave. Will definitely return and recommend to others.

From looking at the pictures on the listing we had high expectations for the place, but it still exceeded them. It was perfect. We watched the sunsets in the evening from the spacious terrace, woke up to the sounds of the waves outside, swam with sea turtles in the ocean right in front of the place, and honestly wished we never had to leave. The manager John was immensely accommodating and easy to deal with, the place was far better equipped than we would have expected, everything was clean, and the location was perfect.

It was a awesome experience to stay at this penthouse at the Cliff. Ophelie and her husband were awesome and helpful. The view of the place is magnificent!!!! The place is also very clean, comfy and great for family trip. Highly recommended!!!!

My family of 8 had an amazing time here creating wonderful memories that we will not soon forget. The condo which sits on a breathtaking beachfront, was the perfect place for cooking family meals together and eating around the outdoor dining table. Everything that we needed was made readily available to us. John, the manager and the concierge also made sure that we were well cared for throughout our stay. Now that we are all back at our respective homes, we long to go back to the sound of the waves, the gorgeous views and the warm breeze. We loved this penthouse and the island of St Maarten.

This is a beautiful home with amazing views close to Maho (2 min driving) and far enough away for privacy. The penthouse has every amenity you will need. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit. Lots of turtles watch at various times of day.

This penthouse was so lovely! Right on the caribbean sea- you can hear the waves all night! It's really private. We tried jacuzzi, steam room, heated pool, tennis court..The kitchen was really well equipped. The concierge booked a chef for us. We had a fantastic night. All in all, a fantastic experience.

We loved watching turtles from the balcony and walking on the beach. Stayed here for a week with our 3 Adult kids and their plus-ones. The penthouse was immaculate upon arrival and very spacious. Well stocked with everything you need and amazing gourmet kitchen. The views were spectacular and we really didn't want to leave. But when we did venture out we quickly found we were close to everything. Walking distance to a half dozen really good restaurants and the best beach on the island. The most important thing to us was the condition of the property. Very god shape with great linens and towels and maid service almost every day. Was our favorite VRBO by far. Just book it, you won't be disappointed. Finally, Alan the owner is a first rate guy. Very honest and easy to deal with.

The condo is gorgeous multiple large decks overlooking the Ocean. Comfortable beds, large well stocked kitchen. The photos dont do the property justice. Great location, nice beach and pool. I would defiantly rent this condo again. The Restaurant in the building is great get the ice cream!

We have an annual guy''s trip to St Marten's. in the past we stayed at hotels. This year we took a chance on this penthouse. It is located on the 11 floor of a nice building located in the Cupecoy section. The property is oceanfront with a small private beach and excellent pool. Also close is a larger nice beach. The building is protected by a gate and has its own concierge. The penthouse has two stories with four separate bedroom suites, each with a nice view and private bathroom. There is a large open living room/ dining room/ tv lounge area, which overlooks the ocean. There is a full kitchen. Everything was very clean, with housekeeping several days. We even had easy arrangements for a private chef. This place is excellent and we will definitely return.

THE PRIVATE BEACH IN FRONT IS A PLUS AND MULLET BEACH IS JUST A SHORT WALK AWAY- WE FELT SAFE WITH THE 24H SECURITY. THE MANAGERS: OPHELIE AND JOHN COULDN'T HAVE BEEN MORE HELPFUL OR NICE - THERE WERE WONDERFUL, ALWAYS AVAILABLE AND MADE SURE EVERYTHING WAS JUST AS PLANNED. WE BOOKED A CATAMARAN TOUR WITH THEM AND IT WAS THE BEST DAY OF OUR TRIP. THANKS AGAIN

Great property and a great location! Just a couple miles from the airport. Walking distance to several restaurants And a casino - no blackjack or craps at this one however have to go to my Maho for that. Near several beaches and easy to drive to the French side. Will stay there again in the future

My husband and I have stayed at the Cliff penthouse twice, and both times were absolute bliss. We've stayed at nice hotels like La Samanna, which is luxurious and amazing, but we prefer the privacy of the Cliff. The pool and beach is much quieter here (usually). We heard some loud partying coming from a unit overlooking the pool once or twice- it was so annoying we left the pool, but other than that, the Cliff has been very peaceful. The beach is a bit rocky at times, but SO beautiful and private. There is a public beach within walking distance (near the golf course) which is also very pretty. The location of the cliff is ideal because the best of the French side and Dutch side are accessible. If you don't want to drive to Grand Case or Simpson Bay, you can easily walk to the casino nearby, which is surrounded by several outstanding restaurants (Temptation and Blue Fin). Also nearby is the Cupecoy shopping area and marina, where Le Bateau Ivre is a favorite restaurant. Other reviews have raved about the interior and comfort of the penthouse, and rightfully so. It is extremely spacious and comfortable. The kitchen is stocked with every you'll need to whip a meal if the mood strikes you. The balconies have breathtaking views and plenty of seating for sunning, relaxing, eating and drinking. Overall, the best place to stay in on the island, in my opinion!
