I love the relaxation area downstairs with the sauna and cold plunge pool, the breakfast was delicious, hotel staff were lovely, and the hotel was right across from the bus stop so it was very convenient.

It was quite hot the two nights I stayed here, so I was a tad disappointed that the window could not be opened very far (understandable, but a fly wire could be used to prevent things coming in or going out the window), and there was a fan provided, but it was not very strong. It also seems quite inconvenient that the front door has only steps? I did not see a ramp, so for those on wheelchairs or travellers who often have bags on wheels, it is not that convenient to enter.

The breakfast is amazing, the location is excellent- within the old town but also near to the boats for trips and the staff are so helpful

This is quite simply one of the best hotels I have stayed at. The staff were incredible, the Food exceptional particularly the Meatballs and breakfast. The Bar Staff were really cool and the hotel has a great atmosphere. very trendy but also really professional. Superb location

It is so clean and the interiour is fab' the bed is good and the ffeling of the room was nice. The loation to a busy street, not so nice.

Much noie from the busy street, next time I would like to request a room on the other side.
