Die Lage des Hotels war ideal. Alle relevanten Sehenswürdigkeiten konnten zu Fuß erreicht werden und man konnte sich zwischendurch auch etwas im klimatisierten Zimmer erholen und für das nächste Event umziehen.
Der Zimmerservice war sehr zuvorkommend und hat täglich für ein frisches Zimmer gesorgt. Kleine Detais wie ein Betthupferl, frische Handtücher, das Auffüllen der Essentials sowie tägliches Wasser waren nur ein Teil des zuverlässigen Services.
Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und es wurde auf unsere Unverträglichkeiten adäquat eingegangen.
Die Rezeption war stets sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Alle unsere Anliegen wurden zur vollsten Zufriedenheit bearbeitet.
Die Zimmer sind recht klein, dennoch gut organisiert und mit allem ausgestattet, was wir brauchten.

Excellent Breakfast, nice staff and great view over Florence. We enjoyed our stay.
The bar could open little bit earlier, after long walk in the city it should have been nice to enjoy a glass of Prosecco in own balcony.

The location on the river is great and very close to attractions and restaurants. I recommend the rooms with river view and terrace. Fantastic breakfast.

Location was fantastic for exploring Florence by foot, breakfast was delicious and very fresh choices. We were really comfortable in the room (river view) and slept soundly. Staff were helpful in giving us tips on where to go and many places nearby in the streets behind to stop for an Aperol Spritz, ice cream or focaccia!
The shower enclosure was quite high to step into and a bit slippy.

The location was outstanding and within an easy walking distance of museums, restaurants, etc.! The staff were outstanding as well, friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was good.

the location was very good, right on the Arno a block from the Ufizzi Gallery and Ponte Vecchio. the staff was very friendly and helpful.
our room was. very small with little room along the foot and one side of bed. it was very modern and well appointed.

Location was superb! Beautiful city views but far enough out that it was surprisingly quiet. The room was delightful with a marvelous balcony. Breakfast was outstanding, but the staff forgot to mention it at check-in, so I did not know until the last day.
