Everything was nice. Great location.

The check-in process took almost 2 hours. We rented a grill that was not there when we arrived at the house, and it was delivered a day later without any refund. The air conditioning upstairs did not work well and the air filter was very dirty. Three days after the house was delivered, they charged us for a damaged pool skimmer door, which we never touched or saw during our stay, and charged us an additional $150 for pool maintenance. ITrip seems like a dishonest company to us, always using as an excuse that the guest has to understand that the problems are due to the large number of people and high operational capacity during the holidays.

Firstly, I want to say that I am a property maintenance inspector (as well as another member of my family who was on the trip and a retired fire chief) so any place either myself or my family stay in we look over very carefully upon arrival. Although I understand normal "wear and tear" on a house, there were so many issues beyond that. For what you pay to stay here the house is VERY basic folks. Although my husband (who drove 14 hrs in our car to get there on time to be sure he was able to unload our luggage and make it back up to the airport to pick up myself and our children) was granted access into the complex and arrived merely an hour early to the home. Mgmt tried to say the reason the house was in the condition it was in was because he "arrived too early". However, I explained to them that what we found to be issues within the home upon our arrival was well over an hours worth of work. Not to mention the fact that the next day 2 maintenance men showed up and spent 2 hours at the house making repairs and still did not get everything done and there were things they weren't able to fix at all. We also advised them that the photos on the website should be updated because they were outdated and misleading. We wasted the first 2 days of our stay having to go back and forth with multiple contacts for the property. I also recommend looking at the BBB website for any properties owned by companies for additional complaints. I could go on further but this box won't let me.

We had 18 athletes, 3 chaperones and 2 coaches all staying here and we very much enjoyed our stay. It served its purpose and allowed us to spend some relaxing time at the Oasis club house. Great stay. Thank you!

Perfect place for 12 guys to stay and play golf.

We overall enjoyed the huge house that got our whole family together in one place. Unfortunately the property was nothing worth highlighting besides that it’s big. The kitchen counters were filthy, stains on carpets and rugs, ripped screen door outside by the pool, pavers needed tlc (a couple of them moved when stepped on), the house needs a deep clean. We couldn’t use the oasis club (were told that this property was not approved on the list). The hot tub jets wouldn’t turn on. We called to get them to fix it but the pool guy showed up and left without making sure it worked. I wouldn’t return to this property but we loved that it was big enough to fit our family comfortably.

Plenty of room for our large group. We booked a year ahead of time. My suggestion would be that if names of all of the folks are needed prior to being allowed to enter the subdivision, it should not be a one time email delivered just prior to departure. The email is multiple pages and upon our arrival, we were not the only folks having difficulty checking in. The rules for entry should be in a separate email with only that information. We booked for a day prior to Disney to relax and enjoy the pool and then leave the day after Disney. The day prior to Disney, the pool was not in shape for young folks to swim in, so we had to keep them out. We lost that relaxing swim day since by the time the pool folks arrived after multiple calls, it was later afternoon and raining big time. The kitchen is not set up for a large group. We needed to change our cooking plans. No Keurig, which we were not prepared for. Very strict guidelines for trash. Even though, the trash was not picked up for at least one day that we were there. The bench for the trash does not accommodate the 9 bedroom house that it is servicing. Very difficult to meet the guidelines without inconvenience. We made a trip to the dumpster prior to leaving, but could not meet the deadline of departure and had to leave a bag or two behind since trash was not picked up the day before. We loved the house and the space. It is managed by a service with no owner communication.
