When we got there they told us we are not paid to stay there my husband has to pay his own money because it was very late already 11 p.m
. No dinner long flight

Good budget hotel - don’t expect 5 star treatment or luxury, value is fine and close to many places to eat
not crispy clean, but again, what can you expect from a budget hotel.

room was not clean - rubbish on the floor, bathroom was dirty, there were COCKROACHES, very loud and people running on the corridor at 2-3am, after daily cleaning they left the bed not done so we had to do it ourselves

The price and location are the best! This is my second stay with my partner and it is such a value of money 😀

Nice room for an affordable price since it’s Singapore. Supermarket and a couple of bus stops in walking distance.
Didn’t really like the neighborhood to be honest / felt a bit uncomfortable there

Price, cleanliness, everything in working order and easy to get Grab/taxi. Fast check in and check out.
Distance from nearest MRT (2kms), rooms are small (like those in Hong Kong and Tokyo), and no breakfast provided.

Location is fantastic with access to many restaurants and local shops.
The shower head in RM.802 was broken. The house keeping would have easily noticed this damaged shower head during their regular house keeping and could have arranged for it to be fixed immediately and before the next guest uses the room..
