The room was lovely in accordance with the style of an old building. The breakfast was AMAZING. The location worked perfectly for us as it is a few hundred meters in between Rialto bridge and Piazza St. Mark. Great for access and for sightseeing.

It was quintessential Venetian, which was so much fun. Bathroom was well organized, which makes being there a dream. The bed was comfortable. The morning. Coffee was greatly appreciated. Matteo was super helpful.

The property was well located and decorated in gorgeous Venetian style. Matteo was very welcoming and helpful, giving us drinks as we arrived and we were able to leave our luggage after check out until we left the city. The breakfast was delicious, served in our room in the morning at a time of our choice. Would recommend for anyone wanting to stay in Venice.

Great location

Matteo was so helpful when we needed to book a private water taxi at 0320! He made the reservations for us so we didn't have to. He also was very helpful when we got a little lost because the water bus was not running to Rialto because of construction. The house is quaint (small as expected because it is older) and well air conditioned (great for coming in from a hot day in the Venice sun).

The bathroom is small, but that is expected with historic houses.

Amazing location with everything being less than 10 min walk, amazing help from hotel staff and very accommodating, and amazing breakfast.
