The staff and the people is Amazing

very nice environment, a lot of nature, very good staff, delicious breakfast. Beds are very comfortable

there was no hot water available at all times. Even though shower is big, there is no where to put things

We loved it! The food was amazing, the staff was so kind. It was very peaceful there which was exactly what we were looking for in a romantic newlywed getaway from the city life. We felt like we could really relax here.

The shower had a few problems, one of which was a leak and the other was that it was nice and hot for a few minutes and then without warning it would get cold. If you shut it off for a minute then turn it back on it would stay hot for the duration.

It's a family owned hotel who take good care of their facilities and guests. I went with my mother (78 years old) and they were extremely kind with her and took good care of her needs, including and awesome massage! They hotel is beautiful and very peaceful. Perfect to rest and recharge.

Comfortable, clean facilities. Excellent food. Very nice and caring hosts. Delightful spa. We spent a wonderful evening at the outdoor jacuzzi.

SUPER GREAT FOOD, BEVERAGES, AND SERVICE. Valentina, who is like a General Services Manager, was great, very kind, taking care of details for delivering food and beverages on time for room service or at the restaurant. Kitchen ladies were very kind. Regarding Aldo and his wife, they were wonderful. I felt immediately like at home. Aldo has a great personality, and his is very friendly. Per sure, I will return back to there.

Even though it is not the direct responsibility of the hotel, the last part of the road to access to the hotel would be repaired. Especially when it is raining is quite risky to drive by.
