Great location, lovely atmosphere and staff. Front desk check in staff( a female) was very courteous and attentive.

Rooms could be connected for the family

The overall decor, smell, ambience and cleanliness of the hotel went form 5 star feel to 3 star as soon as you got to the hallyway on your floor.

We were given a very damp and moldy room on the 6th floor, this was changed into another moldy room and finally got a better room on the 3rd floor.We lost a good 15 minutes in the process and we were tired after our flight.I am a regular customer and it was very disappointing

The room facilities could've been better. There could be a little more space in the rooms as they were very claustrophobic. The bathroom no longer has dental kits etc.

First of all, the room was not great and definitely not value for money. It did not even match the photographs on booking.com. The walls had dampness and the plaster was coming out from several places. Also, in booking.com it said that my room was a pool view but again that was false information as ibis probably did not even have a pool. Please do not provide false information on OTA websites.

Room is cramped and bare essentials. Breakfast is disappointing. Except for the location, the Hotel is disappointing.

The location was fantastic.

The bathroom is like an add-on feature & feels rather cheap. During the night, it is impossible not to wake your sleeping partner when opening or closing the bathroom door. The beds were uncomfortable. They sank in the middle & felt very used.

VAlue for Money for Members is very important. Room had to change because of plumbing no working

Location. It’s in Aerocity and close to both T3 and T2 terminals of IGI Airport. Very convenient to get to the city as well with the extension of the Airport line metro. Lots of good restaurants in its vicinity and they do a good breakfast spread.

People who suffer from back pain find the spring mattress very uncomfortable. I hope they can address the issue by having hard / orthopaedic mattresses in some rooms.

This is a great hotel in a secure location, plenty of security, staff are extremely supportive and helpful where needed, easy transport network to the rest of Delhi and beyond.

Room could maybe use a deep clean once in a while but nothing to bad.
