The size of the apartment

The sofa and seating were most uncomfortable. The place wasn’t as clean as I had expected since we have covid around. Lot of dust about.

Fabulous location, a few minutes from everything yet quiet and not as touristy. Great views.

King bed was very soft.

We couldn’t get onto the wifi which was hugely problematic for us travelling from overseas and with a young child. We had to ask for blankets as none on the beds. The bathrooms were unclean.

Well, on entry into our room 33 Level 6 you were presented with a gorgeous Safari decore and animal figurines that set the theme perfectly. We were pleasantly surprised by the Master room ensuit very private. We will definitely recommend your resort to others because of our very own experiences💗

Our stay was far too short mostly due to the accident on the M1 Pacific Highway in GC. Plus, we had one of our son's sleep on the coushions again due to the accident we arrived late and the reception opens at 8:30am the following day. However, they thoroughly enjoyed their short time there.

Great Location, walk to everything, excellent facilities well kept- all working etc. Room was a lot bigger than most I’ve stayed in. Beds were comfortable and kitchen well stocked with utensils, cutlery etc.

There were a lot of do’s and don’ts and can and can-nots which I understand makes life easier for management and staff, and they were not hard to adhere to- there was just a lot. Office was closed most of our stay over a long weekend as well. My only gripe is we paid for a room through Booking.com at an excellent “Genius” rate, and we requested a high floor if possible as sometimes hotels will honour this request as an act of good faith if one is available, however we were denied outright and told that would not happen regardless if one was available. Not a biggie in the grand scheme of things but she could have just told us they’d try..!!

I have stayed here before and have always found it to be clean and comfortable with friendly staff. A great pool area including a BBQ for relaxed dining. A brilliant location close to everything including the beach, cafes, restaurants and boutique shops.

The location is amazing. The views are wonderful. It’s very spacious. I have been many times before and will continue to do so.

The appt has got a bit shabby. Could do with a paint and a hole in the middle of the lounge suite was a bit off putting. Toilet lid was broken but fixed as soon as I mentioned it. I would prefer full time reception hours. Mornings on 5 days is not always convenient.
